Positive: Location, room is spacious. I liked the extra bench type seat along the wall to put my suitcase on instead of having it on the floor. They worked well with me each time I had extend my stay, I'm working in the area Negative: The elevators seemed to need some tlc

Overall satisfied with stay; I would definitely reccomend. Very clean room, hot showers, comfortable bed and movie channels. Didnt care for the hotel being on a hill as this was a little bit of a challenge walking to places. I wish they had more variety of muffins and items to serve with oatmel. ( brown sugar, walnuts, cranberries) Pancakes ok very small though.

We were able to stay at another HIE as we were making our way home. The front desk person was so friendly and helpful. No reservation, but quickly found us a room with two beds. The design of the rooms is very well done. It was very clean and had Dove lotions, etc. which we love. Love the bedding and comfort of the beds. The hallway carpet is especially beautiful. Most important - everything was very clean. Great stay! Hated to leave!!!

We stay here each time we visit Cincinnati. It has always proved to be a quality experience. Breakfast leaves a little to be desired but there is a nice variety and you can make your own pancakes.

Hands down the Best Customer Service!!But definitely not the Best room. There was construction in the hallway. Now to the room itself-Never! The water did not get hot. And the bathtub was not cleaned. Issue resolved by the nice gentleman up front. He gave me another room. This hotel was definitely did not compare to liberty township in any way other than the customer service.

Let me start with the breakfast service, it was wonderful. They even bussed the tables and asked if we wanted refills! The room was comfortable after a long day on the road. Other brands were charging double for a newer room? My room was very clean and as a nurse we know clean! Pillows were made from clouds, absolutely heavenly.

Holiday Inn is usually a decent stay but this hotel was not one of them. The hotel was dirty from the bathrooms to the floors to the bedding. The beds had no mattress protectors on them. The room had a lot of cosmetic issues. The bathroom had not towels stocked and the shampoo/conditioner/body wash were mostly empty. The toilet paper was see through and horrible. The road noise was a lot. Breakfast was mediocre.

Due to an emergency our town was evacuated. This hotel was in a safe area, very affordable, clean and with perks. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very nice and free. Having a pool and exercise room to help ease the tension we were feeling was a big plus. This isn't an upscale 5 star hotel, but the way we were feeling when we checked in; it felt like one!
