Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG

Starting off with the good, the staff was sweet, helpful, and welcoming. The cafe was delicious. The ease of check in was great. Valet was helpful and speedy. The bad was the cleanliness of our room. When you initially walk into the hotel it’s pristine and clean. Our room was otherwise. There was dust build up on the bathroom door. The shower definitely wasn’t cleaned between us and the last guest as there was things on the floor of it. Our bedding looked like it was just put on from the last guest. There was dried blood on my blankets, fresh stains on my pillow cases and pillows themselves. Overall a good stay, but the cleanliness was not great.

Very comfortable. Could use a bit more blanket. The room and bathroom were very clean and updated. Check in and out went smooth and easy. Personnel are always very polite and accommodating. We stay here every time we come to the clinic. Shuttle service is very convenient and proximity to the clinic is super close

The lack of parking and the cost to valet is a concern. The lobby furniture was old, worn, and dirty which did not create a very good initial impression. However, the carpeting in the hallway was clean and very nice. The room had been nicely updated except for the carpet. It had everything needed but the door on the cabinet that held the refrigerator did not close all the way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel was quiet, the food in the restaurant was good and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The front desk employees were also very pleasant and helpful. The distance from the hospital was extremely convenient! We will stay again on our next trip :) Thank you!

Unbelievable they should not be known as a destination for patients at the Cleveland clinic. Front desk was fine, cleanliness was decent but the attitudes of the valet and the price for the experience was RIDICULOUS. Food was disgusting! I will not be returning to stay here my next visit to the Cleveland clinic that is for sure. I really appreciate the night time front desk clerks and the lovely waitress or hostess in the morning at the restaurant. As for everyone else do better. I cried way too much this trip to deal with your attitudes.

Everyone we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Michael our server for breakfast was amazing! Parrish in valet was our first contact. His service was above and beyond! He was so friendly and helpful. I thought the bed was a bit soft for my liking. My friend loved her bed. While the room temperature was good it felt muggy. Couldn't get the thermostat to come on to turn on a fan or something to circulate the air to get rid of the mugginess. The shuttle service to the Cleveland clinic was great and convenient.

Very clean, staff and valet service was very friendly. We stay at Holiday Inn, Cleveland Clinic frequently. Since our last visit, they have done upgrades in the lobby, new phones in the rooms and the environmental team is always cleaning! The restaurant and bar is very nice. They offer also a grab and go, which is great!

We have stayed at this hotel 9 times in order to visit Cleveland Clinic. Every visit has been exceptional and made our trip more pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Love the mattress and pillows.

The room was comfortable, I was able to get a decent night's sleep. My only complaint about the bed is concerning the pillows. I have scoliosis and need a specific kind of pillow that gives me some kind of neck support, however that's not really the hotel's fault. It's hard to pack a pillow everywhere one goes though. The staff was excellent, especially Valet Kevin. When I arrived, I looked everywhere for a parking lot, but they don't have one. So he saw my confusion and came over to my car and explained how everything worked, and it's pretty much valet only, which is fine...but I don't remember seeing that information on any of my booking forms. So a heads up would've been nice, (unless I completely missed that somewhere!). But once Kevin explained everything, and he was very kind and walked me from my car to the front desk even, and he assured me everything would be taken care of, I was really put at ease. The shuttle back and forth to the Cleveland Clinic is very much appreciated too!! Overall I'm very please with my experience here.
