This was a very clean and friendly place to stay at. Went there because I had a family member that was having surgery at the hospital across from them. We had the pleasure of meeting a team member there named Melissa. She had many people she had to make drinks and make food for. She’s very fast at what she does and efficient aside from being hospitable. We will be staying here again if we need to be there in the future.

The medical trip to Cleveland was stressful but the hotel staff was very helpful, professional and very understanding. All the staff extended themselves in every way possible to make sure our stay was comfortable -- and it was. Our connecting rooms were so nice, clean and quiet (we were right by the elevator too!). The rooms were spacious with nice bathrooms complete with large showers and great water pressure. The convenience to the hospital was fantastic (across the street). I certainly recommend this hotel; especially if needing to be close to the hospital.

Very helpful and friendly staff!!! As soon as I checked in, the front desk staff gave me an introduction to all the amenities and perks of the hotel. They offered two different options for daily room cleaning, and even scheduled it for me. They also gave me a list of well over 50 restaurants all within walking distance of the hotel. Awesome staff!

The room was super clean and the company at the bistro bar was amazing in particular Kataya and Cherry!!! they did a great job of keeping my glass filled and my food warm. Within walking distance to the campus and of course other hotspots in the area.

Valet parking and check in went really easy. Rooms are nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Our desk clerks Lysa were really helpful and friendly. Easy access to all hospitals and restaurants close by. Bistro was not open at the time we checked in. Closed on Sunday. Rooms are a bit pricey along with the extra charges. But ok.

We stayed there about a year ago. We were visiting the Cleveland Clinic for an appointment. We didn't stay long, but the staff left such an impression on me, that I would definitely stay there again. They were so genuinely friendly and ready to serve. The common areas were nice and clean.

I've traveled quite extensively and I can tell you that I would come back here simply because of Rose. I shared with my colleagues that we should make this our official hotel stay for business. She is personable, caring and goes the extra mile with a smile
