DoubleTree by Hilton Columbus Dublin

Convenient right off of I-270. The staff was extremely professional. I was impressed more so than other Hilton hotels. They have a bar here for drinkers. A pool and a 24-hour workout room. My only surprise was the breakfast is $17 if you are not at least a diamond member. You can buy a breakfast ticket the night before however for $10. Definitely recommend that!

This hotel has been recently renovated and is clean, but our stay had a few notable issues. When we arrived at 8 PM, the room I had selected wasn’t ready, so we were moved to a lower floor. The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and even noise throughout the hotel. It was so loud, which made it hard to relax. While the room was clean, there were other inconveniences. In the morning, there weren’t enough towels for both me and my fiancé, and the shower door wouldn’t stay closed while in use. We also tried to watch TV while getting ready, but the picture kept glitching and was unwatchable. I reported these issues via text, and to their credit, more towels were delivered to our room later that day. At checkout, the $15/day Diamond member credit hadn’t been applied. While the staff member eventually fixed it, the interaction felt a bit awkward. On the positive side, the bartender on our first night was fantastic and really stood out for their friendliness and service. If you’re looking for an affordable, quick stay, this hotel is a decent option, but be prepared for some drawbacks.

The hotel looked nice enough. The staff seemed friendly checking in, check in was painless. Our rooms are nicely updated but filthy. The first thing I do is check the beds. We had black pubic hair in one. Long black hairs on a "clean" towel in the bathroom and in the shower. It was gross and poorly cleaned. We asked for clean bedding and a room clean 15 minutes upon checking in. The next morning our daughters are getting out of bed and the blanket hits the light. The white so called "clean"- ish comforter has mold of some kind growing inside. We immediately asked for a manager or cleaning supervisor to come to the room. We was told they didn't have one. They laughed in our face and said they saw nothing. As disgusting as it is, it's also very unhealthy I believe for guest to be breathing in nightly. The lack of concern & professionalism from the staff is unreal. Don't stay here. If you do CHECK YOUR BEDDING. HOLD THE BLANKET UP TO THE SUNLIGHT.

Great location in a business area, not too busy during the weekend. Nice hotel. Quick checkin and good service. Helpful and understanding worker. The room was not bad, would use a little better cleaning. Hair in the floor&carpet. The ability to choose your own room through the Hilton app is awesome. We enjoyed our stay. The pool was heated. Not deep though so it was mostly just walking around in the pool. Great for the kids!

The room was great. It was clean and an overall great value. Great location that is very close to downtown Dublin and easy to reach downtown Columbus. The only thing that was really odd, to the point of going from 5 stars to 4, was the breakfast. It's the standard breakfast that is complimentary at almost every other Hilton brand hotel I've stayed at, but costs $17 per person per day. Unless you're absolutely in a rush I'd really recommend find other places for breakfast.

Jason and Scott were amazing. They were great sports, and were great local guides. They provided a great experience, a true double tree experience loaded with cookies. Can't beat it. Would stay here again. For everyone else stay away I like there rates here lol!

Staff was super friendly and the hotel was beautiful! Everything was clean and well worth the price. The warm cookie was a nice touch and I enjoyed the staffs recommendations. The walls are a bit thin and yes there is a $50 hold in case of incendentals but that's less than other hotels I've stayed at.

Holiday Inn Express level experience. Not Hilton level. Think efficiency with no comfort perks. B’fast I think is $17, shampoo attached to wall etc. but clean. I was there for two days and almost saw no people but I was put in the furthest room of the hotel - 3rd floor all the way at the end of a very long hall.
