Staybridge Suites Columbus-Dublin by IHG

We had a great time loved the late checkout to feel like we were getting a little more bang for our buck considering we booked the room for a pool birthday. However one toilet for 8 people when the second one broke was inconvenient. They didn't have maintenance on the weekend to address the problem which seems weird for a fully booked hotel which is also why we couldn't be moved to another room. however, the girl at the front desk was so sweet and took money off of our room. All of the staff was extremely friendly polite and helpful.

Just an average place and seems pretty run down. I’m sure it’s good for people needing long term stays as the guy with the extremely loud and obnoxious truck parked right outside my window that felt he needed to warm it up every morning for 45 minutes at 5am. The breakfast was pretty good

We had lived in Columbus and revisited here.So we stayed this hotel located near our ex-house. Because not only that we knew about this area well but that this hotel was comfortable we could stay as if we were in our house. Though we didn’t eat, cooked rice with Japanese style topping (furikake)was prepared for breakfast. It must be helpful especially for Japanese businesspersons. Next time we will revisit Columbus we are sure to stay this hotel again.

I would highly recommend staying here. 6 of us came for a week long vacation and had the best experience staying here! The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and in good working order and the breakfast was amazing! Chef Stephanie was very personable and a delight to talk to. 10 out of 10 for us!

This hotel was in a good location, plenty of parking, everyone was very nice. Cocktail hour with wine and beer and snacks and breakfast included in the morning. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the pillows are even labeled firm and soft. My problem with the hotel has nothing to do with the people but with the arrangement of the room and a few glitches. If someone has to get up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom the door between the room and the toilet tub area sticks and makes a tremendous amount of noise. The bathroom sink faucet would not turn off completely and drips. Bathroom needs more hooks or towel bars for your towels. Breakfast was good however the heated serving containers lids would not stay open so you needed two hands to get your food which meant you had to put your plate down on the counter.

Spring break with daughter. I'm so disappointed. These reviews are from hotel employees. 1- bedroom suite , the worst room ever. The bathroom shower has mold, mold mold, broken toilet seat, broken closet door, stinge smell in hallway, whoever maintained, pool put way too much chlorine, hadmy daughter and other kids coughing and not able to enjoy. No maintenance is available after certain times. Smoking area close to all entrance doors. Staff is nice but not helpful, Never will stay here again

The front desk was helpful but with the pipe noise in my room, sad pool, dirty floors, worn down walls, and mediocre breakfast…we decided to change hotels after 1 night. Also, there were only enough towels for 3 guests when we had 4 in our room. Come on people. Be aware…this is a construction worker hotel. The dead giveaway is a full parking lot on a weekday night and work trucks in the Diamond Elite parking spaces. This is not the first IHG property that I have come across like this and frankly it’s getting old. Not judging the workers, I was just looking for a different atmosphere.

The staff was very helpful solving an IHG reservation issue. Breakfast had a good selection and was well presented. Kids had a lot of fun in the pool. The room configurations made it easy and comfortable for our family group to celebrate Christmas together.
