Not the greatest experience and I definitely won't be back. The only pleasing experience I had came from Diane. I'm upset I didn't read the reviews before booking because I would've picked someplace else. When I checked in the front desk agent was rude. Apparently there's different prices for incidentals. I paid $25/night but someone else paid $20/night. The night auditor Diane was so nice and pleasant to deal with. The rooms are run down, dated is an understatement. The wallpaper is hideous, there's holes in the doors and walls. Told the staff about it and they just brushed it off. Bugs in the rooms and I woke up this morning to find black mold on the ceiling. I had to have maintenance come to the room twice and the one time they had no idea what they were doing.

Meh. It’s pretty dated. There’s a lot of repairs that needs to be done. It was clean though that the sheets and everything. The lady at the register was really nice. It’s a little pricey, but it’s a tourist spot by the Hall of Fame. The elevators are really small Parking is plenty. It’s actually on the back end of some kind of nursery flower shop and some kind of strip mall. It served his purpose. We only came in there after a tournament.

Front desk lady at check in was nice. Rate was reasonable. Room was nice clean and comfy bed. Heater was broke and stuck on high in middle of night so we had to crack window. Last night at bar had a bottle beer and small margarita and bill was $20. This morning elevator was broke. Kids running up and down the hall at 2 am. Went to get a coffee and there’s no complimentary coffee. Have to purchase at their restaurant. I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have complimentary coffee 24x7. Bottom line, I wouldn’t stay here again when there’s other options in this area. If I’m paying for coffee I’ll go down the road a real Starbucks. 😆

Very nice, quiet and clean hotel within minutes of so many stores, dining options, etc. Great location! Reserved a room with double beds that included a work desk, large chair, mini fridge and coffee pot. Plenty of space. The staff was so friendly. The cafe spot in the lobby is also very convenient. With the choice of several hotels in the area, this was a great pick. Plenty of parking.

Positive: Breakfast staff nice. pool area was good. hot tub was broken. Negative: Check in and out was the rudest people I have ever encountered. Check out was the worst, said I didn't pay for the breakfast, then one of the rooms .Tuned out she didn't ring up the breakfast on the card on hold. Or didn't know how. She was really rude

Positive: Location Negative: Only gave two towels per room and made me bring the dirty towels to exchange before they would give me new ones. The thermostat could not be adjusted. Toilet clogged from normal use. When I told the front desk they said they would make a note of it!!!

The gym sucks… I almost drop a 50 lbs bum bell on my face cause the bench seat moves… and 0 pull up bar. Everything else is fine other than the hot tub is normally non operational. 🤷‍♂️ I just got back to my room after writing my review I now have to lower it because the shower is ice cold… ❄️ 🤦‍♂️I won’t be staying here again tbh

Hotel is decent all staff are rude!! Especially the lady that takes breakfast orders. Hot tub is always always down. Pool is FREEZING kids didn't even want to get in longer than 30 mins at a time. Breakfast is not worth the money and actually disgusting. Bacon was burnt and inedible. Had a bday party here for a 6 year old and got multiple rooms including the suite and when we had guests come they were told "um we're pretty sure to many people is up there but sure I guess I can tell you the room number"😂 oh and the couch seats were all stained and gross looking
