Regency Inn Perrysburg

I made the reservation for this hotel, because of the various positive ratings. The ratings are grossly mis-leading. The room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave. The hotel didn't have a working ice machine. The air conditioning was sporadic at best, and extremely noisy. There was an odor in the room. This was not the experience I was expecting from the reviews. Will not ever go to this hotel again and suggest others to avoid.

The hotel manager was very accommodating and friendly. Make sure you call and let them know when you'll be arriving because the lobby closes each night. I forgot my phone charger when we left and he called to let us know. You can tell they are really trying to give a good experience at this hotel. Obviously it's older and not a great location due to the town not being the greatest and kind of in the middle of nowhere. It feels a little like Bates Motel with a creepy cornfield right next to it. It did smell slightly like smoke which is due to certain kinds of people not respecting the rules of the hotel. We spoke with the manager about it and he apologized and asked if we'll be OK with our room. We were fine with it. He said he's going to have maintenance scrub the carpets after we leave. The bathroom fixtures all seemed newly installed and the linens were clean. Overall we were satisfied staying here and we would stay here again due to their diligence and hospitality.

Very nice motel to stay. Clean rooms. The rooms are big and have a refrigerator and microwave. Very well lit up at night and safe. Very quiet and no riff raff. Mike is a very kind person and customer service oriented. Fast check in. The locations is like being in the country. Denny's restaurant is not far away. Definitely recommend.

We stayed here on a whim...it was less than $75 including tax. The room was very clean but dated. the king bed we had was comfortable. The bathroom was large and tub had a textured surface. Towels were on the skimpy side. The bathroom fan which came on with the light was extremely loud. Had I washed my hair I would have had to ask for an extra towel as there were only 2 bath towels , 2 hand towels and 2 washcloths. A/C unit was old but worked really well. It was off when we arrived and it took a while to cool off the room. No breakfast but the owner did give us 2 cans of 7-up upon arrival and said we could have a noon checkout if needed. I did like that we had a table and chairs in the room and a recliner. We did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room.

As a travel nurse, I stayed here for three months while working at a Toledo hospital. My priority was safety; then cost, location and free Wi-Fi. This place provided everything needed. Although it’s clearly dated, the room was clean and a comfortable bed. The parking lot and building are extremely well lit. The owners were great and available 24/7 (even when you lock yourself out of your room at 5am). ||The appears to be out in the middle of nowhere, but the location was great. Close to the Ohio turnpike, and within 20 minutes from anything needed. All in all, a good experience.

The room was neat & clean, it was quiet there and I felt safe. They provide a small coffee pot, clean towels & toiletries. There is a Denny’s nearby; just down the road, 2 minutes away. The owners (a husband & wife team) are great! They are very nice & helpful if there is something you need. The cost of the stay was reasonable and highly recommended!

We had a bus trip planned for months to put in bay. At the LAST minute (5 days before the trip)our hotel canceled on us. I was in a panic and found this hotel. The manager was amazing and made sure our trip wasn't ruined. Its not the nicest hotel but hey it's right off the interstate has a Dennys next door was clean and the beds were comfy. For the price it was the best. Thanks again Mike for helping us out and making our trip possible

I have stayed here many times.Everytime I have been greeted warmly and treated like family. The room is huge and very clean. I will always come back to here everytime I'm in the area. If I were to ever see a problem,as soon as I tell them its fixed. I would and do recommend this hotel to anybody. You can't beat the service or the price. The location is perfect. You are within eye site of I-80
