Days Inn by Wyndham Burns

Rooms look recently renovated with very cheap materials. Outside porch light on interior. Edges not finished. Hot water took many minutes to come out of shower or sink. No blackout curtains on windows and very transparent curtain system allowing fairly open viewing into room.

The rooms were absolutely nice buti was concerned because the Indian lady spelled like alcohol and was no where to be found when I was at the front desk. Their was this gentleman with tattoos that see quite and when I asked him a question he was very respectful. My overall experience was great I was just concerned because of the Lady at the front desk didn't seem like she was sober.

Front desk gal was amazing and compassionate. Room was perfect ly fine for the price. Only down side was the non black out curtains but for the customer service, five stars.

States dog friendly but tried to book a room with a dog tonight and was being questioned about the dogs specs like weight and size etc? Even once disclosed it still wasn't clear if we could get a room or not so we went with another option about a mile away. You're either pet friendly or you're not. Don't discriminate pups. You run a Days inn... in Oregon. We have a medium sized dog who is a big baby that just wants a bed to sleep in like the rest of us 😆

I’m not typically one to post on Google about a bad experience. I would normally go straight to the source about customer experience/satisfactions. But this is worthy of sharing in hopes that it will motivate the owner to change their prices to reflect a lower grade in accommodation & services, or do upgrades to reflect prices. On August 12, 2024 my family and I stayed in room 116, to start the room was 80° when we got into it, the a/c was a bit of a trick to figure out, then there’s no black out curtains to cover from the staircase and outside lights. After figuring out the a/c, the darn thing sounds like a mini jet taking off when it turns on. The bathroom was interesting, to turn on the shower was a puzzle, the bathroom door has to be yanked shut and yanked open. The chair in the corner of the room is discolored and the green footstool has 3 wheels, one is missing. The continental breakfast was sad. Unfortunately we paid more for this room than the night before at a Best Western in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The point of this rant, if you’re going to charge $165 for a 2 queen room, upgrade your accommodations and rooms to the standards of the Outlaw- Best Western in Rock Springs. And if you don’t have the money to do so at this time, charge less, because we’ve stayed in motels in better condition than this Days Inn location.

Our room had dirty floors in all areas and more than 10 flies on the ceiling. I wanted to leave but my wife was tired. I’ll never stay here again. I told the counter person at checkout and she said, “I’m sorry “. That’s it. Also, no coffee at breakfast. She didn’t even offer to make more when we said it was out. We left without eating anything. Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was clean. However the room had a bunch of issues. The microwave would stop working after 10 seconds. The blinds provide privacy but didn’t block light. You could hear most things through the walls.

Stayed last week.. had very loud sex in the morning and not one complaint.... could use a little more things at breakfast... love that they are pet friendly....
