Residence Inn Eugene Springfield

Room was quiet and clean. Nice to have the gas fireplace for extra warmth. Bed was acceptable, not hard but not soft. Biggest complaint was we never could seem to get hot water in the shower or sink. At best, it was lukewarm which made for a chilly shower in January. Staff was very pleasant and helpful when we interacted with them.

Above and Beyond customer service. While staying here for a work trip my husband had a birthday. I called the hotel and aksed if I could door dash a banner and cake to put in his room. Not only did he quickly and happily agree but Michael offered to write a message in a card for me and plated the cake cutting up the strawberries I sent with it. Thank you so much to the staff who helped make his birthday special.

It's 5 stars for me, but I can't rate everything 5 stars. It's clean, staff is friendly and helpful, they take pets, It's relatively quiet, and location works well (except on game days for UO football). It's my first choice in Eugene.

The hotel over all was nice. Located close to Cuthbert ampitheater! The room was nice but the bathrooms were needing cleaned, hair in shower, behind door ect. And no soap. I felt like my room was half done by housekeeping. Had fun though wished the pool was open later into the first day of fall, the hot tub was nice! For the money paid I would expect a little more clean.

Great hotel with a great location for access to the Willamette River, Authentic Stadium, downtown Eugene and lots of great food options. The rooms are luxurious, clean, spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Would highly reccomend a stay here!

Great location right across from eugene, just a 10 min walk over the bridge to downtown without crossing traffic, and one of the cleanest Residence Inns I've ever stayed at. Staff was always nice. Great place.

We recently had an amazing experience at the Residence Inn. The staff were incredibly professional, able to accomodate a late check-out for my family while keeping the next guests on track to check in on time. They provided a pack n play for our toddler to sleep, and were quick to help with a basketball to play with on the court outside, a dinner recommendation (the McMenamin's right across the street is fantastic and nice lookout onto the Willamette River) and help keeping track of our luggage when we needed a little extra time. Highly recommend!
