Excellent location! Beds were comfy. Decor was fun. Valet was friendly and attentive and prompt. |Many dining options are within walking distance. Would have been nice to have a keurig or something other than instant coffee in the room. We couldn’t find a vending machine on our floor, only an ice machine.

I always love how the Graduate hotels are decorated. They always are near plenty of restaurants n shops within walking distance. It was nice to have an indoor pool, yet it could be a little warmer. Also I don't like the fact that all the Graduate hotels have removed the Bibles from each room. It's a shame especially since the suicide rates in hotels without Bibles are higher.

From the moment I stepped out of my car at the hotel, the valet service was fantastic. Because my car was oversized, and I couldn’t fit it into the parking garage, I needed to valet my car for my stay. During my business conference, I had to make repeated trips to my car, and every time I dealt with someone at the valet desk, they were extremely responsive, very professional, very nice, and just appeared to truly enjoy their job. Such enjoyable interactions. Thank you!

Stayed at the Eugene Graduate for Valentine's Day this year with my wife. A mini vacay. Not only did the room exceed expectations (King Junior Suite), but the proximity to great food and fun was awesome. Highly recommended for a business trip or a quick getaway.

The staff at the Graduate are wonderful. Best valet service around. Comfortable beds, great atmosphere! So very glad the Graduate is a part of the Hilton family now. We’ve had many fun memories staying at this hotel and appreciate their support of the Miss Oregon Volunteer program.

Very friendly desk staff, valets were great, nice room that was very clean and nicely decorated and comfortable area for drinks in the lobby. Centrally located in Eugene to get to things quickly. Enjoyed watching the rain from the window on the second morning.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, while I appreciated the amusing theme, and friendly front desk, my overall experience was disappointing. The self-service paid parking was inconvenient, and I was frustrated to find that there are no streaming services on the television, especially since the cable was down during my stay. We played at the Top Golf Suite and wasn’t offered the option to order food or drinks, only for the waiter to come at the end of our hour and say “I forgot about you guys”. He didn’t offer a discount out anything. As we were in town for youth sports, we hoped to enjoy some downtime between games, but the lack of room service and overall comfort made our stay less enjoyable. It felt like we were paying a premium solely for the theme rather than for a pleasant experience. Given these issues, I wouldn't choose to return to this hotel in the future.

Perfectly located next Holt Center, where I was seeing a show. Friendly, helpful staff, Comfy room, nice bed, dark decor makes you want to turn on every light. There is a fridge which is nice. Food from restaurant was good, and valet will help you with luggage if needed.
