Dreamers Lodge Motel

Great place to stay, friendly staff and a short walking distance to downtown with all our food options. I like how this hotel is away from the busy road, our stay was very quiet and peaceful. I will likely return here again as the prices were also super reasonable.

An older hotel, not the best but our choices were limited, and they were very kind, caring, helpful and hospitable. We cannot fault the service in any way. So, in short not the best accommodation, but clean, gave us good advice and information, the motor bikers were very friendly too.

This motel exceeded my expectations! It was very clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—close to everything but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a very lovely stay, the upstairs room was quiet and super cozy on a cold winter day. I love the hardwood floor and the wood themes, will stay again on the way back! Thank you all

Started my journey here with a lobby that smelled like garbage. Super friendly staff. The room lock barely opened and inside was a blast in the face of cigarettes and dirt. No pillows in my room. Lights burned out. Shower tile held on with scotch tape the clear kind you use in a office. Bedding is gross. Idk what this room has to offer or if I can get out of it fast enough. Holy gross. After staying here and leaving a review they responded with "we have no record of you staying with us." yes I did stay there and it was horrible. There is only one dreamers Lodge in John Day Oregon. Way to take accountability for your horrible conditions.

I had a fantastic stay at Dreamers Lodge! The owner was incredibly welcoming, and the king bed was super comfortable. The room was spotless, and I appreciated the immediate hot water in the shower. Highly recommend this place for a cozy getaway!

The rooms were very large and they had large fridges. It was great for my hunting trip, they also had high speed internet and everything was clean. Thanks for a great stay, I'll for sure come back and stay again. Might book ealier this time since they get busy.

It's the cleanest hotel in town but when we called ahead to let him know we'd be checking out, he removed some of our parties belongings from their rooms and checked new guests into them. Then he made it out like we were in the wrong. So maybe just don't leave anything in the room and you'll be fine.
