The Bunk House at Cross Keys

Awesome new hotel. Staff is terrific and the location is perfect for exploring central Oregon. Very clean and well run establishment at a terrific price point. The only shortcoming we noticed was a lack of dressers to unpack into. We would definitely come back again.

It was the perfect getaway, tucked against a hill with amazing views of the mountains around it. The room was fabulous, soft bed, AMAZING shower, great little kitchenette. The staff was super friendly and welcoming.

This was a great hotel. Our room was clean and spacious. We were given a room on the 3rd floor and the ceilings were 10 -12 foot tall. There is some noise from Hwy 97, but not bad. The common area for breakfast is on the 3rd floor and has a wonderful outdoor seating area. I would definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful modern hotel with a unique country western flair. The decor is intended to invoke feelings of staying at an upscale horse ranch, and the overall impression matches that to a tee. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Bunk House for our first trip to Madras and we were not disappointed. Beautiful hotel, good breakfast and great rooms. The front desk staff was helpful and kind. I would highly recommend staying there, especially for the price. It was an overall great experience!

Huge rooms, friendly but weirdly most is for show. The furniture has drawers that don't open, the same picture appears over and over throughout the hotel. It's wonderfully designed but just don't look too deeply. Also ask for a room at the back- the trucks on the highway were really very noisy. As was whoever was cleaning the restroom next door to me at 5am!! Lots of choices for breakfast but nothing really 'fresh' (which I've come to realise is the same everywhere in the US).|But overall, it's super comfortable, convenient and well equipped - just remember to get a room away from the highway.

I'd like to share my thoughts on our experience. Very nice hotel, very clean. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast food. We were there for two nights. The first day we left, someone in our party of two didn't make the bed. When we got back, the bed was made. So neat. I mean, I don't think anything of our paraphernalia is missing. I recommend this place!

Loved this hotel! We came to the area for work to do a Murder Mystery show and absolutely loved the accommodations! Beautiful setting and ambiance, friendly staff, comfy beds, and breakfast was pretty good to! If you are looking for a hotel in the area 10/10 recommend!
