NillI am very angry when I called the verify my rooms, had 3 of them, that they canceled all of them without calling me. Plus, they canceled our cousin’s room. I made the reservation almost a year ago and was fine until the week before I had to be here.

NillVery great place to stay. Joshua at the desk is super helpful and polite. Also Cherokee the manager has this place running the way it should be. Breakfast is always super stocked up and the pool is always clean.

NillPictures are misleading. The only thing 'put together' in the room was the bed. The shower had a big hole in the wall and leaked brown stuff the first time turned on. The mirror in the bathroom was hanging off the wall. The staff, while friendly enough, were rarely present. I called 3 times within 20 minutes while standing at the front desk with zero response, waited an hour and called again with still no response. The pool was closed when we arrived and remained closed all weekend when we were assured it would be open the next day. Quite disappointing. The 'breakfast' they served was what I'd eat everyday already just generic and bland. (Cereal, Toast, Bagels). The only good part about this hotel really is it's located right on the highway.

NillI was satisfied with the cleanliness of my room; I did not find anything out of place or dirty. However, my room was cold even with the heater on high (this was due to no weather stripping under the door to stop air from coming in from the hallway). Around 04:30 in the morning, I heard some thumping coming from the room next door to me; it woke me up; and at first, I let it go, but approximately 30 minutes later I heard it again. I tried calling the front desk only to get no answer. So I got dressed and walked up front to inform the desk clerk only to find no one there. This is very concerning to me because I called the number on the sign and got no answer, so if this has been an emergency of some type there would be no one to help. When I stepped into the hallway to go up to the front desk, I smelled the presence of marijuana (I am a non-smoker. So I smell tobacco products quickly). The hallways is also cold. My main concern was noise that woke me up and the fact that there is no one available at the desk throughout the night and upon calling the number, I received no answer. I found this to be very disturbing looking at the fact that what if there was an emergency of some sort.

NillI'm writing this review for my mom that stayed there. She came down to see me for Christmas. First day she got there TV wasn't working and there was no fridge in her room they were nice enough to switch her rooms only for her to wake up the next day and her room was cold because her heat quit working also there was a big area that needed to be chalked that was letting the cold air in. Also I forgot to mention this in the second room she got into the TV still didn't work. Then the second night she had woken up at 2:00 in the morning because people decided to be loud and destroy the room next to hers. The third thing that happened was the fact that their pool was closed the whole entire time she was there they claim that there was a incident in the pool a week prior we should have been taking care of by the time she got there. The fourth thing was they claim they have a really good breakfast in the morning there was barely any breakfast. I think for all the things that she went through they would have gave her a discount but no they didn't also they don't have security there even knowing there are about a 120 room hotel. My mom will never be staying at this hotel again. They wouldn't even give her a discount for all the problems she went through.

Nill**DO NOT STAY HERE** I WAS ATTACKED BY BED BUGS!! When I reported it to Cherokee the GM she was rude, dismissive, and refused to even offer any kind of refund as a customer service courtesy!! I had to pay $628.00 for a 7 day stay!! The SF Health Dept has had multiple complaints about this hotel!! The GM said they have an exterminator come monthly! ITS BECAUSE THEY ARE INFESTED WITH BED BUGS AND CANT GET RID OF THEM! **DONT STAY HERE** / **RESPONSE TO BUSINESS REPLY** I am absolutely not making a false claim. This response mirrors the exact dismissive response I received from management when I reported this issue and is completely unacceptable. I understand your establishment is concerned about maintaining a positive reputation, but how dare you suggest I am lying? If you believe I would waste my time writing this review based on falsehoods, you are sorely mistaken. I fully understand the seriousness of making false claims and the harm they can cause to a business—I would never engage in such behavior. I have submitted a complaint to the SF Health Department to ensure they are aware of an additional report regarding your infestation problem. Rather than dismissing valid health concerns from your customers, I strongly urge you to take immediate action to maintain a clean and safe environment. This would prevent other unsuspecting patrons from enduring the same horrific experience caused by your establishment's negligence.

★★Positive: Run down and needing major repairs. Breakfast was not good...very limited and were out of basic things like butter. Negative: Pretty much everything. We will never stay there again. Beds didn't even have comforters on them! Said they were wrecked the previous weekend and they were waiting on new ones. Breakfast was average AT BEST, hallways were dirty.
