5-Star Review: I cannot say enough good things about my experience! After my flight was canceled, I was beyond stressed, and to make things worse, my company cards kept declining. That’s when Britney stepped in and truly saved the day. She was incredibly patient, understanding, and went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out. Her kindness and professionalism turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but it was Britney’s outstanding customer service that made all the difference. Thank you, Britney, for your help—I will definitely be staying here again!

Really accommodating! Had to emergency leave our Airbnb in the middle of the night due to a gas leak. The front desk was so sweet helping us make a reservation at 1am for the night and made sure our room was available for another night if needed. Even better, the entire hotel is dog friendly! Underground parking is a plus as the weather is so unpredictable in the winter months.

My wife and I were spending a night to celebrate our anniversary and her birthday. Upon check-in, hearing out story, Michelle and Brittany gave us a free upgrade and breakfast coupons. We were treated like royalty! A+++. We also enjoyed our meals in the Crave restaurant, with good food and service. The upgraded room had a wonderful view of the river and downtown and a balcony to enjoy both, especially at night.

The room was fine, the location to everything was great. We had touchless entry, so we never interacted with any staff. We knew the policy was for every other day room make-up, but our room never was, We stayed 3 nights and on the day our room was to be cleaned, it was not. Someone came, as we had new towels, but the bathroom was not cleaned, the trash not emptied, nor was the bed made. We arrived back very late and did not want to wait for anyone to come and complete these tasks. A disappointment for an otherwise pleasant stay in Sioux Falls.

Positive: Location is excellent. Underground parking, Starbucks in the hotel, and both the Starbucks and the restaurant look out over the river. Beautiful view and easy access to walking paths. Staff was outstanding. Negative: Beds are not very comfortable and only 3 pillows per bed (why not 4?).

The staff at this hotel was spectacular! Kind and accommodating! I had a wonderful experience. The rooms could be updated but otherwise this was a really wonderful place to stay!

As a Diamond member of HHonors I expected better. There were black and red previous stains on the carpet. There must be something that could be used on those stains? Yuck!||It is a more modern type of hotel but it needs a better cleaning effort for sure. The breakfast was good. It now costs much more to receive the food and beverage credit of $10. On average I spend seven dollars more than the F & B credit. Diamond members used to get breakfast, not including the tip.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. I gave it 4 stars because in my opinion it is overpriced. I’ve stayed at other hotels/motels in Sioux Falls just as nice or nicer for $100 less per night. If you are into extras such as attached dining, attached Starbucks, in house laundry, riverside/downtown location, etc. you will most likely find the price acceptable.
