NillI enjoy the honesty of this staff. When I have forgot a bag of items, they contact you via text message which is very kind. It is nice to see an honest place with honest/kind staff members. It also shows that the management staff treats All of Their Staff Members well. Thank you for being very hospitable anytime I stay here with my a group (1, 2, or 3 other friends). The rooms are very spacious and I like How the place is about 80% to 90% recyclable ♻️ made per the Element brand. Thanks again, and any questions, please feel free to contact me. Great place to travel for business and personal. Travel for family, friends, and self (me, myself and I = solo). Kudos to Alex Gamez, Kristen, etc. and any other staff members.

NillI recently stayed at the Element Austin at The Domain and was impressed. The Element has stylish, spacious, impeccably clean rooms that provide a comfortable and relaxing stay. The lobby/common/ breakfast areas were also noteworthy, featuring an open inviting space with comfortable seating. The breakfast buffet was good and well presented. The hotel's location was convenient. Lastly, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the Element Austin at The Domain.

NillThe rooms were dirty, sticky, smelly and I found a big roach. The receptionist was rude and argued if that roach was a water-bug. Over the phone she asked me if I could kill it. Then another receptionist asked me if I could clean it. They were promising me discount, free dinners, points but at the end I just received rude behavior. The rude receptionist kept making faces like a child that why am I making such a big deal about a "water-bug" in my bathroom. Then she snapped in front of the manager, stormed into her room and no actions were taken. This hotel is terrible! The bathroom has a really bad odor and they don't believe in air-fresheners. For $200/night I don't think even that receptionist would tolerate this mess, but oh well! Not recommending this hotel to anyone. One star for the housekeeping staff. They were apologetic and tried to fix it for me. Other than that, the whole experience was a disaster.

NillHere’s a review based on your input: The Element is always an exceptional place to stay! They go above and beyond with amenities you don’t typically find elsewhere. Free beer during happy hour is such a nice touch, and having access to specialized coffees all day is a game-changer. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, The Element makes you feel right at home. Highly recommend! Let me know if this works for you!

NillStayed here recently with my husband and had the best experience checking in that we’ve had in a while. Jocelyn at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She answered every question we had with a smile on her face. She was very knowledgeable about the hotel itself and gave us wonderful recommendations on fun things to do in the area. She even made sure to say hello every time we passed her in the lobby. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty. But the hospitality and service we received while there made our stay a 10/10!

NillGood hotel, very unique. I wanted to go cycling but they couldn't find a helmet lol. My only critique is maybe not have breads individually wrapped i. Plastic, as it seems hypocritical due to the hotels claim of being environmentally friendly. Overall 9/10

NillThis is my usual hotel I stay at in Austin. It's a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and was very accommodating to my many requests. Check in and out was flawless. Also great little selection of items to get in the lobby. Also can't beat the free breakfast.

NillAngelita greeted us with a warm welcome to the hotel and area.! She made us feel so valued in making sure that we knew how to get around the Domain and Austin and her gesture of offering us water really hit the spot on a long travel day.
