Aloft Austin at The Domain

Hands down the best Aloft. I have stayed in several across the country and this one was by far the best one. The rooms were clean and perfect. BUT the highlight of my experience was Katie at the bar and Maleah (possibly spelled wrong) at the front desk. They were both very friendly. Maleah was very helpful with anything that I needed. Katie made the absolute best drinks, she was super friendly and her drinks and energy brought everyone in the bar together, we all exchanged numbers and plans to stay in touch and possible meet up in a different city now. As long as those two are there, I will stay here every time I'm in Austin now.

Stayed here while in town for a nearby work project. Check-in was a breeze and the adorable Frenchie mascot was an unexpected treat. The room was well laid out with a spacious shower and divider along with a wall of shelves with a coffee maker and storage for clothing. The TV was large and the desk area had plenty of space to spread out and outlets to charge devices. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows and there was additional room to spread out. ||As others have mentioned, there were loud car sounds coming from nearby at night. The hotel supplied earplugs in the room, which I didn't need as the noise settled down around midnight. While it might bother others more, I appreciate that the hotel is aware of the issue and trying to mitigate the problem. ||Regardless, having fresh fruit available in the morning and a comfortable lobby to spread out and relax were great features and I would absolutely stay here again.

If you love NASCAR, you'll feel right at home. Engines screaming by at ear splitting decibel level until 2:30AM! The earplugs provided in the room should have been my first clue to run. Got maybe 4 hours of sleep. Never again. The hotel itself is fine, I liked the shower although the door separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom is very difficult to open and shut.

Aloft Austin (Domain) is a nice hotel. Rooms are small and efficient and clean. Location is awesome. Staff is very welcoming and professional. A microwave in the room would be nice otherwise a very pleasant stay. I'll return.

I booked the room at the Domain due to an event Sunday at Cap City, which is a 5 minute walk. Regarding the location- 5 stars ‘cause it’s super close. But… the Domain is super busy and not being from here, I didn’t realize it’s horrendous on a Saturday afternoon. On the staff that helped us- Maliah and Gentry- you were absolutely amazing to us. You helped us get checked in, room switched and laughed a bit with us over the whole experience. You two brought a smile to us after a hectic afternoon/evening. Thank you for taking care of us and making our stay as amazing as it could be! Beverly- you were amazing this morning. Woke up ready to tackle the day and you helped with a smile and amazing personality and attitude this morning. It’s been a great stay! From us to you all - thank you - Glenn & Andrew Shirley ❤️

This hotel will charge you $250 for the slightest room incidentals. I had an adverse reaction for a medical condition. The sheets got a little messy and they charged our card with no notice! I am trying to get a refund, as I think this is outrageous. However, it is taking time and no one seems to understand sheets are not worth more than the cost of staying in the room.

Great location at the Domain. Mike at the bar is awesome - has some great drinks he created and stories to go with them. Rooms were clean and no issues.

This is the best hotel ever! The service provided by the front desk was amazing. They are so sweet and helpful. Im only staying here when i return to Atx
