Long Star Court in Austin exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere here is simply incredible—cozy, peaceful, and very welcoming. I especially loved the beautiful courtyard, where I spent a lot of time. The nature is wonderful: squirrels, birds, lush greenery, and the air is filled with pleasant scents. It’s the perfect place to relax outdoors.||A huge thank you to the staff for their warm hospitality! Everyone was so kind and attentive, and I especially want to thank Winnie for her exceptional care.||My husband and I traveled together and were absolutely delighted with this place. If we visit Austin again next year, we will definitely stay here.||I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who appreciates comfort, style, and excellent service!

First time in Austin and we couldn't have chosen a better stay! We were hoping to spend the morning by the pool on Saturday but the weather didn't allow us as it got cold out of nowhere! Overall the room was extremely clean, AC worked perfectly, the shower pressure could be a little bit better but as long as my water is HOT, im fine! :D bed and pillows are beyond comfortable, oh my! we hope to be back soon!!

Lone Star Court is hands down one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, beautiful, and inviting the entire property is. It truly has a fun, resort-like vibe that made our stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The welcome beverage upon check-in was such a nice touch. The food at the hotel’s restaurant, the Water Trough, was absolutely delicious, and we also loved exploring the food trucks outside the hotel!||We have to give the biggest shoutout to our server, Winnie, at the Water Trough. She is honestly the kindest, sweetest, and most amazing server we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Winnie went above and beyond to make my husband and me feel so welcomed and truly at home. Her warmth, genuine hospitality, and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. Winnie, you are THE BEST, and we are so incredibly grateful for you! Thank you for making our stay extra special—we can’t wait to come back!

I had a great three-night stay at Lone Star Court. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped with all amenities, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. I really loved the Texas-style concept, which added a unique charm to the experience. The only downside was the loud music by the pool, which played late into the night and was a bit inconvenient. The hotel’s location in The Domain was a major plus. There were plenty of great food trucks and even some halal food options, making it easy to find delicious meals nearby. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a minor inconvenience!

Lone Star Court was a great motel experience, with a wonderful pool, amazing/attentive staff, and top-notch rooms! Right when we walked in the office, the staff was welcoming and friendly, showing us around and explaining our room's location. The pool was so nice with umbrellas and music playing. The drinks at the restaurant were great. It was close to shopping, dining, and a quick Uber to downtown Austin!

I stayed in this hotel years ago and it was much better quality, albeit smaller. I recently stayed in a suite with my family (March 2025). There was an issue at check-in which ended up not being an issue (clerk thought they gave away my suite, but they didn't), but I was "gifted" breakfast vouchers that are standard for reservations that are booked on their site for the inconvenience. My room was dirty. The sheets on the bed were the only clean area with the exception of the large hair under the quilt they drape across the foot. The surfaces, bathtub, toilet all had stray hairs and/or gunk that needed to be wiped down. All of the dirt came off with wipes we used, fairly easily I might add, indicating that no one really tried. Pretty much every time we encountered a new area of the room we found dirt. The couch was disgusting, as in just loose dirt sitting on top fully visible and easily removed from obvious places (arm closest to door, top of cushion). We draped sheets over it. There was a weird gnat situation. The bathtub tray was broken with no attempts to fix it or at least remove it. The cleaning staff are kind and do a thorough job with re-cleaning the areas you request; but of course, this shouldn't be necessary. I do not recommend this hotel if you're looking for a true 4-star stay or simply a clean room. The suite is pretty expensive for such low quality ($450/night on a slow weekend). There are spacious/well laid-out hotels that offer adequate options nearby and in town that are equal or slightly higher in price, but much better quality. ||Oh, and people aren't supposed to, but they do in fact smoke on the porches without staff correction. So there's that.

First time in Austin and overall, I would definitely recommend lone star. Upon arriving having spent 12 hours in airplanes and airports, I was greeted with 2 welcome beers, it was the best way to arrive. Beyond that, the vibe and atmosphere is fantastic, very fun and cool property. Location is very walkable with tons of places to see, eat and drink. Rooms are fun as well, different from a standard room. Overall, great place.

Loved our stay! Room is unique in that it has an upright refrigerator, ceiling fan and great snacks. Bed is very comfortable. Fire pits throughout the grounds and the clear has a great vibe with live music. Would highly recommend!
