Archer Hotel Austin

Where do I start because everything was amazing. Valet coming and going were super nice and actually held conversations while helping out. They were wonderful! The front desk person was very helpful and again here, held great conversations while helping. Gave some great suggestions for things to do in the area. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, I love the line of bath products; they smelled so good! Shower was amazing and much needed since I just got off of the road from camping lol! Order room service breakfast, The Americano, with (of course) my cheesy scrambled eggs, white (sourdough) toast, and bacon. It was very tasty. It came with smashed potatoes that I saved for the road. Contactless check out by 11am, clutch for us introverts lol. I got a lot of work done, as well as got some good rest. I will definitely be booking again!

Located in the heart of downtown Austin, The Archer hotel has some fantastic amenities with close proximity to all the hip restaurants and shopping. Brought the entire family (baby and miniature poodle) and they set up our room with a lovely doggy welcome set, and toddler crib with baby shampoo/lotion/diaper cream and even a rubber ducky. Everyone at front desk was so lovely and made this stay super welcoming. Very dog friendly and our whole family had a wonderful stay. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Loved all the amenities they offer in room. We will be staying here again next time we attend a work event!

Gorgeous foyer, dining space, and room. Exceptionally clean. The balcony and fireplace were especially nice on this cool evening. The room was very comfortable, one of the best showers I've ever had. The food was also delicious. We got the truffle fries, wedge salad, date and perscuttio pizza, and creme brulee, all of which I would recommend. Staff was very pleasant to work with. Location is walking distance to literally anything you could want. 10/10 would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay! From the upgrade to a huge balcony, the beautiful room, and how every detail was taken care of, my husband and I felt so pampered! The bed was so soft and comfortable. The robes and slippers in the room, along with the complimentary gifts made us feel so special. The room was spotless ! I would absolutely stay here again, and recommend The Archer Hotel for your stay in Austin. Its location is also so convenient to great shopping and dining as well.

Staff is so hospitable and the rooms are nice. I would have given it five stars however the cleaning staff was not thorough. The coffee cups from the day before were not replaced and dirty pillowcases were left on the floor in the room. Easy to overlook when everything else was great. Valet was excellent. I was there for four days and they remembered me and always very helpful.

We love the Archer Hotel in Austin Texas. We have stayed multiple times. They truly are the most trust worthy hotel ever. I lost a diamond bracelet a few years ago and realized it when I got to the airport. Freaking out I called the hotel and they found it on the ground at valet parking. They federal expressed it back to me. Last weekend we were back and my husband left his wallet. Again freaking out I called the hotel 5 days later and they had it. I just picked it up today. Every credit card and cash in tact. Love the hotel and staff!!!! Only hotel to stay at in Austin!!!!

I absolutely love the Archer! I’m still here! The rooms are clean! The mattress amazing! Great customer service and food all around! Gorgeous! I also love the valet service! Ivan, Kyle, and Josh have been amazing!! 🤗 I’ve been having an amazing experience!

The Archer hotel is beautiful and is worth every dime you spend. The customer service is exceptional. Front desk agent Aidan went over and beyond to make our stay special and memorable. Because of Aidan we will be returning and telling others about our wonderful experience.||Thank you, Aidan!
