My family and I stayed here Easter weekend and the service was great. The location was amazing and close within a few favorite restaurants of ours. However the room and hotel could use more updates considering it’s the Westin. The beds are considerably smaller than the average Queen sized beds. Yet they call it double queens instead of double double. The drains were slow in the bathrooms and the coffee was cheap. Put in Kerigs instead, just a suggestion. The breakfast at Corrine could also be better.

I don't normally leave reviews but wanted to recognize Diamond at the front desk. This was my second stay over the past few weeks and she immediately recognized me and always provides a very warm welcome. Her bright and charming personality is a nice thing to see after such long days. I'll definitely stay at The Westin again.

Pretty decent hotel, good fitness setup, good breakfast, standard Marriott rooms. It would be nice to be able to have an early bird coffee option - 6:30 for the 1st coffee is challenging.

This property is situated within a great location in The Domain. There is shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are cute, clean and cozy, but the bathrooms are small. The downside to this stay was the customer service. I wasn’t greeted as a status member. I am unsure if they added my points, and the welcome gift was not mentioned. They didn’t explain the layout of the property, and the front desk clerk didn’t properly explain the parking considering my room wasn’t ready at check in. I was advised I would be contacted once the room was ready, and I was not. The front desk staff were eating and laughing most of the time. After I finally checked in, I asked someone different about the parking because I was told they needed to valet the ticket since I parked before the room was ready. The new front desk clerk explained the last person explained it incorrectly. She began explaining it then it seemed she was more focused on if I was truly a guest although I gave her my name and room number before the conversation began. She went a step further by asking for my ID. Such an odd encounter. I avoided asking any additional questions in anticipation of my stay ending. I was exhausted from my travels so I uninterested in addressing these concerns during my stay.

I was here for a corporate party, which was catered by the hotel. The food was delicious, the staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were very clean, and beds were comfortable. I had breakfast in the morning and Tammy, my waitress, was phenomenal! She was so cheerful and kind! One of the best waitresses I've ever had, and I eat out more than I should! An elderly gentleman came in and she was sooo sweet to him! Several other staff members came and said hello to him, so I assume he's a regular. It really warmed my heart!

If you have a blessed life you will encounter 2 things. Emerson at the front desk and the extra thick bacon they put on the wedge salad!!! Emerson was such a blessing. I came in due to a burst pipe in my home and Emerson was amazing. He got me in quick and even found me a discount card for a nearby spa. He’s a darling person and the best customer service! Thank you! Unfortunately I didn’t get a pic of Emerson, only the bacon!

I got your number. This is a really nice property and it’s amazing how many shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Here’s what you want to know : When you check into your room you will be disappointed that you have a mini fridge but no microwave. When you go to get ice on your floor you will see that every floor has a microwave beside the ice machine. Very smart for the hotel but just a little chintzy. Now for the other “you’re welcome”…in the lobby, find the ground floor restrooms. That is where you will find a water fountain that is a bottle filler! This is great news because if you don’t find this little gem, you’ll have to walk 20 minutes to Whole Foods and schlep a bunch of bottled water back to your room. Housekeeping gives you a free bottle of Aquafina every time they do up your room, which is nice, but having good drinking water in a hotel room is always a thing to figure out when you don’t have a rental car. Good bed, nice shower with a rain feature overhead PLUS a wand. 100 points! Huge TV with the ability to log into your own Netflix or Amazon Prime account. Soooo civilized. I had a four day stay and it took me two days to find these gems above. Note, the hotel had decent food downstairs, but no room service. It was always a short wait for an elevator. All was clean and quiet. Would stay here again. I came for a work conference, so all was very convenient, but this is pretty far north of downtown Austin, so not the greatest location if you are a tourist who does not rent a car.

For a 4 star hotel it was more like a motel. The sink upon arrival was blocked and draining slow, the pool had no light and was dirty and we called them to turn the jets lights and clean it but the jets were barely turning on and he said the light was broken. Then we saw patio lights and asked them to turn it on and they never came. Also one of the room lights was fused. The room was clean though and bed was cozy and staff were nice. But the Westin seems to really be cheaping out. The pool was the worst part felt like I was in a motel. **Update added a star for the kind response.
