Best Western Plus Austin Central

Walking in the woman was nice about giving me a room. The room was dirty bathroom hair in the sink the tub is literally black my children and I got sick from the AC unit 🤢 Breakfast time is very unusual they have the housekeeper preparing your food upstairs waffles to be specific I have a family of 6 but limited to one??? Okay. Plus roaches in the room.

I travel through Austin every month or so and this is my go-to stop. Clean rooms and haven’t seen bugs yet. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is amazing with plenty of choices. The location isn’t the greatest, but the two hotels on either side of them are much worse. Best value in the area in my opinion.

Positive: Good location Negative: Walls are thin so it was very loud. We often woke up during the night. Breakfast was just sub par, but better than nothing.

Within the few days I stayed in town again front desk service has been fantastic! Raquel was always kind and fast when helping with the things I needed during my stay. Security guard pat was also very helpful and kind when parking is needed! Great service!! Highly recommended for a weekend vacation place to stay

There is not much "plus" in this BW. Elevator not working, toilet running all night , central AC blows in your face all night and needs major update. Located at major highway and noisy on one side. Rooms need update and the elevator are either not working , control lights are out or just randomly hitting floors...stairs are a safer bet...

The staff - manager Guillermo (?) and desk supervisor Renee were very, VERY helpful. Although the hotel was quite busy, we experienced no significant delay.

this location is VERY busy so be patient with the front desk people! room was great and breakfast was good. location is good for the price.

Service was good. Otger than a small misunderstanding, all was great. Rooms were clean and fresh.
