NillThe room itself overall was okay for what we paid for it. However, as someone who used to work in the hotel business, housekeeping stealing left belongings is unacceptable. I left a nice shirt on the back of the bathroom door. Called the next day. No one ever called back with an answer as to where it went. Housekeeping stealing and/or throwing away left belongings is so trashy as is just never rectifying a situation. Won’t be staying again. To the staff, actually act like you respect and care of the needs of your guests, or get a new job.

NillGreat for price- good size comfortable rooms, good location. Free parking.. the restaurant has some really good breakfast. Ended up eating there 4 mornings in a row. For 10-15$ a plate can’t beat the quality of meals. Definitely good quality and location for saving money very good 5 day 4 night stay

★The hotel has a roach problem. I get it, it’s Texas, and there are bugs. I was not expecting it in the bathroom. Maybe the poor caulking work around the tub and behind the toilet has something to do with it? It’s hard to consider this a 3 star hotel with the bug problem.||I stayed on the third floor and the area around the elevator reeks of mildew. Can’t imagine that there isn’t a black mold issue in the area, so that was comforting.||The WiFi doesn’t allow you to access any gaming apps, so if you enjoy card games, any Fantasy game like Fortnite, Pokémon Go or anything else, please note that you’ll need to burn your own data or go to where WiFi is publicly available. WiFi is also slow, so keep that in mind if you want to stream your shows on your device while you stay here.||Rooms are outdated and the furniture shows a lot of wear. While the price of the room was cheap and I guess I get what I pay for (stayed here to attend a convention), next time, I’ll stay elsewhere.||Other than that, the workout room was nice even though it had a strong gym smell. At least there were bleach wipes to clean off the machines and clean towels to use. Staff at the check in desk was helpful when I arrived on a Thursday afternoon.

NillStayed for three nights, shady part of town as transients pass through area. One morning a guest’s car had their window smashed. Room is spacious but definitely worn down. Mentioned to staff on checkout a couple issues during my stay, while also having to wait for the reception to come to front desk during prime morning checkout- no apologies made. I wouldn’t stay here again unless it was super cheap and last hotel in the area. All the room doors do not have a preventing door hinge to stop slamming doors so in the morning, you hear everyone’s room door slam close.

NillWas in Austin, TX to attend my cousin's funeral. Checked into Wyndham 2/20/25 around 2:30pm. Received suite key, entered the room and there was a man already inside (initially thought he was housekeeping). He was surprised as I was! I looked at my room number again and it was the room I entered. He asked if my card opened the door, and I said "Yes". Then another person (woman) came around the corner of the room and was also shocked I was in their room. I told them I'd go see what happened. Went to front desk and told them what happened, and the two hotel hosts started a slight argument amongst each other. I was then assigned a different room with no apology. Went to that room, started unpacking and getting dressed to leave to go to cousin's wake. Used the restroom only to find the toilet did not flush! Couldn't call to Front Desk as phone had missing buttons and the instruction panel was missing so couldn't choose any buttons! On my way out, I informed Front Desk of non-flushing toilet. Personnel said housekeeping was cleaning other rooms, so they probably would move me. Hours passed - no one contacted me from hotel - I called to see what the status was. I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and then person returned to call and said restroom toilet had been fixed. I returned that night, changed into pajamas, used restroom and toilet was still broken!!! I put on my coat over pajamas and went down to Front Desk. Told them I was very upset with my experience with Wyndham hotel! Told personnel I entered a room with other guests - COULD HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED A BURGLAR AND SHOT OR RAPED! Assigned a different room with BROKEN TOILET - BUT WAS INFORMED TOILET HAD BEEN FIXED!!! She apologized and said she would find me another room on Executive Floor which was an upgrade - told her I was not paying extra - she said I wouldn't have to. I told her to please make sure that room was in livable conditions because I wasn't going to move again. She said she would check. I had to go back to my room and PACK again to move. She came to my room to give me the new card and room number. I moved to that room, and it was fine. I was NEVER offered any type of refund or comp for the ordeal or unsatisfactory service I'd received. When I checked out, personnel did not ask how my stay was or thank me for staying at the Wyndham! I was told I would receive my receipt via my email on file. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A RECEIPT TO THIS DAY! I expected more from Wyndham! We were told by relatives that another hotel chain had reserved rooms for the family - but we chose the Wyndham instead thinking it was a better hotel. We regretted choosing the Wyndham! I WOULD LIKE FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME AS I WAS NOT TREATED AS A VALUED GUEST or offered compensated/receive refund for horrible experience. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

NillThe room was spacious and the bed comfortable and clean, with a welcoming atmosphere in the lobby. However, there were some downsides: the lobby seating had noticeable stains, hallways could have been cleaner, and the seats in the room were sticky. Staff could also be friendlier. With more attention to cleanliness and service, this could be a much more enjoyable stay.

★★★Stayed here 3 nights. The good: fitness treadmills are nice and the pool area looked to be very clean and well maintained. The bed was really nice too. The bad: had to ask for a hair dryer and TP. Had only one hand towel. The caulking around the tub area looked like it was done by an 8 year old - very messy. Look at the pics closely as the toliet is actually angled in the bathroom. That room is so small with very little counter space. There's a lot of desk in the main room but very little space to move around in. The air conditioner takes up a lot of space on the lower wall area so there's no putting a chair in that corner like the pic shows. The ugly: it's all in the details: when they painted the elevator doors green, they never cleaned up the drips they left. The elevator button was broken off for floor 3. The bar wanted $25 for one glass of wine...um...no thank you. Please add a magnifying mirror the bathroom on the wall - if there's room. It's really about the details. Very, very average.

NillWas here for an event. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself seems to have some recent upgrades / renovations though overall it’s still an older hotel. Seems like we lucked out compared to others’ experiences we heard about.
