Business trip but also got together with family. Hotel was 5 stars, very clean, the suite being spacious and comfortable and the pool, laundry room and workout room were all perfect. Isabelle at the front desk was exceptionally helpful, nice and professional. Norma did a marvelous job with breakfast being tasty and hot. It was a wonderful 4 day weekend. Thanks!

We had an incredible stay here. Elisa was awesome as she welcomed us to the hotel. The other staff were very nice and helpful as well. The room was immaculate and well furnished with plenty of space and a near-full kitchen, all for about $100 a night on a Thursday night in March. This was a "suite" with a couch with foldout bed. A really nice touch was the curtain dividing the couch area from the bed. My wife was able to sleep while my daughter and I stayed up watching TV. The curtain helped with that. I wish the pool had been open but it wasn't heated. 🤷🏼 Also, if you're a foodie like me, you should know that the hot breakfast is the bare minimum that you could call a hot breakfast. Additionally, despite the signs in the hotel, they have none of those foods available (see attached photos).

The front desk staff ELISA has been an absolute sweet heart ,has helped with anything we have needed! Will definitely be coming back just because of her. She has made this the best hotel stay we have ever had!!!! Thank you so much!!! Not the add the hotel is very nice!

Beautiful hotel room. We were running late and I was able to check in through my app and get my room key before we even got there. Thank God because they had overbooked the hotel rooms and our friends who arrived before us were not able to get a room. There were no rooms left even though they had a reservation. So make sure you have the app. The room was clean and spacious and very updated. My only complaint is the breakfast. It was very lacking. They barely have anything. The lady would only cook one item at a time and place it in the food holder. And everyone would scramble to try and get something to eat. It was pretty ridiculous. Made the hotel look pretty stingy. Bad look for a Hilton property. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We were here for 2 months on business. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and Elisa was extremely helpful. Veronica in housekeeping always made sure we had everything we needed. Staff is definitely a credit to this hotel extremely helpful, Polite, and will go the extra mile.

I stay in many hotels here in baytown but have never tried this one. The neighboring hotels were getting too expensive so I said to myself If I'm gonna pay more might as well try something new. To my surprise this hotel came out more affordable and way more high end than the rest here in garth road. Elisa at the front desk was really helpful and assisted me with patience and understanding of me and my family's needs. I am very excited to have made this choice and will definitely come back in the near future. Ty Elisa ur awsome 👍

Rooms were very cleaned. Staff was very friendly. House keeping was very helpful and helped me right way when I asked. Elisa checked me in and right away and was very helpful and more than polite. Excellent customer service like Elisa provided is reasons why I will come again. Thank you all..

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We were able to cook, the beds were amazing, and the free breakfast was super nice. The front desk clerk, Ms. Elissa, is hospitality personified! Wonderful hotel!
