1st night was awesome but 2nd time Heater wasn’t working and poor my 2yr old was suffering. Ms. Reina quickly shifted us to another room. Hopefully my son won’t get sick!

I had made a reservation on line but when we arrived it could not be found. Upon showing the clerk my reservation on my phone, it was found that I had stupidly made the reservation for November. I cancelled it and right away made another reservation for that night. Clerk was very pleasant and understanding. She saw the humor in it. The room clean and neat. We only spent a few hours in there, because we attended a family event. Overall, it was a good stay. My only complaint is that there was no swimming pool.

I honestly don't know how this hotel has an almost 4 star review.. it's very old and run down. I was surprised. On the bright side, I didn't find any bugs. But it felt very dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. I really wanted to take a shower when I got to my room but after seeing the shower, I felt like I would be exposed to even more germs if I did.. If cleanliness is important to you in your choice of hotel, I'd go elsewhere. Bed was comfortable, but when we pulled out the pull out sofa for our children, all the used sheets were still there from the person before us. My husband had to strip the bed and go downstairs to get a clean set. Breakfast was a small choice but not bad. My daughter is allergic to gluten so her only option was cereal because she didn't like the eggs. All in all, I'd give it 2 stars overall, definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Motel isn’t very clean front area is nice but after in the elevator down hill Employees are nice now for the breakfast you have 2 choices eggs and beans Really beans Or waffle and bad orange juice So breakfast is one of the worst I’ve seen as for me I’m in motels 3 nights a week all year and won’t be staying here again 2 stars for employees 0 for motel and I only stay in comfort suites and sleep inns

Positive: nothing Negative: very dirty floors shower has no pressure went to breakast at 7am no attendant to fill meat trays. very bad stay. i have no idea how they got that rating. Will not trust ratings again or stay at these places.to many construction workers at these hotels. Negative: ""

We love this place! It's the half-way point to our annual vacation spot. This is the third time we've stayed here. The hotel is a beautiful one but could have used a good cleaning in the hallways, parking lot and foyer. The beds are SUPER comfortable! The only gross thing....get the coffee makers out of the bathroom..yuck! They are probably full of e-coli bacteria. You don't make coffee where you also use the restroom. There's room on the desk/dresser. And I love coffee first thing in the morning so I just went downstairs to get it. The young lady that checked us in was super friendly! We will stay there again for sure!
