The staff was perfect. We held a conference of over 600 people total. RJ and his crew had all of the session rooms well put together and he was always available when we need someone to help with tech. The valet team was great and worked together so well. The entire staff that set out and served for all our various breakfasts, lunches, and snack breaks never missed a beat. The trashcans were never full, the bathrooms were kept clean at all times. My room was very clean and comfortable. I can't wait to visit this place again. If you need to host a large evet like ours or you just wanna stay somewhere nice in Corpus, this place is perfect.

Looking for a FABULOUS getaway by the bay you won't be disappointed in the Omni Corpus Christi. From the time you arrive until leaving customer service is second to none. Friendly, courteous staff to assist you. Rooms are beautiful, clean and all have great views of the water. Two restaurants with great menu options to choose from and after noon or after dinner coffee available at their coffee shop in the hotel lobby. Have an anniversary or special occasion you're celebrating be sure to let them know. They LOVE to celebrate with you.

honestly pretty good. we had a bayview suite which was large and had nice views of the ocean. the rooms are a bit dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. the restaurant on the 2nd floor had tasty breakfasts with good service. the only complaints would be that wifi costs $15 a day and the parking garage is a bit dingy. also breakfast isn't included with your room rate and is a separate charge. parking also costs like $27 a day for self-park.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. Our original check-in time was 5:45 PM, and a month ago, we called ahead to request a connecting door between our rooms. Upon arrival, Stone, the front desk agent, was very kind and reassured us that our request was confirmed. He mentioned the room was being cleaned and that we could pick up the key later that evening. I told him we’d be waiting in my peer’s room. I specifically booked these rooms for five nights to accommodate my peer’s asthma treatment so that we could use our medical equipment together. However, when we spoke to Andres at the front desk, he initially said the room next to my peer’s was available for the night, but then he changed his story and claimed it wasn’t available for the full five-night stay due to the hotel being at full capacity. When we inquired about any other available rooms, he said there were none and suggested we check back the next day. We were baffled as to how our reserved room could be given away, especially after confirming the arrangement over a month and a half ago, re-confirming just three hours before, and signing the paperwork for the rooms. Andres stated the room was “in the queue” and couldn’t be held. After calling corporate, we received an apology and were instructed to speak with the hotel manager. However, Andres told us the manager wasn’t available and that he was the highest authority we could speak with that night. This whole situation has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially after all the careful planning we put into this stay. Follow-up: It’s now the next day, and the shared room still hasn’t been occupied. Andres said the hotel was at full capacity, but the cleaning staff confirmed that wasn’t true. It’s disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially after driving 6 hours and spending $1,000 for this stay. To top it off, the “continental breakfast” is a $23 charge—completely unreasonable! Additional Concern: While attending the continental breakfast and participating in the Texas Convention for Teachers of Blind Children and Orientation and Mobility, the hostess in the restaurant informed individuals with guide dogs that they needed to be seated in the alcove section because they had dogs. This is not only inappropriate but also insensitive. The manager was approached and asked to address this situation and educate the team on proper etiquette, considering the number of individuals with guide dogs attending the event. Unfortunately, when one blind individual with a guide dog was seated at a different table, the hostess gave them a dirty look. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s customer service and commitment to inclusivity. This has truly been the worst stay we've ever had, and I feel completely let down by this hotel.

This hotel was great. We had appetizers late at the bar and they were excellent however, they don't feed but one or two people and there were four of us. Super nice staff and rooms were very clean. Wish there were chairs on the balcony, but can understand at Spring Break why.

Staff was amazing. The bartender Hunter was outstanding. Our room was fine for the price. The hvac was rather loud all night however Hunter really made the entire stay. I was genuinely surprised to find such a knowledgeable and fun cocktail bar inside of the hotel and had a great time with delicious drinks

The staff, accommodations and amenities are first class. From the time of check-in to time of check-out, the customer service was outstanding. It was incredibly cold and windy, but you wouldn't know it seeing the valets, bellhops and other staff welcoming arriving guests. Their attitudes were very impressive in such harsh working conditions. I can't wait for my next stay at the Omni while in Corpus Christie.
