Werner Hotel

I was happy with my stay, the only problem is if you don't have a car it's quite a walk to get anywhere, the rooms and staff were nice, laundry machines, vending machines, refrigerator and microwave, tv in the room....the bathrooms were recently renovated

2 story motel. No elevator or pool. Rooms are tight partially updated. Everything else on property is pretty old. You’ll have to pay for your own room otherwise you’ll get a roommate. Bathrooms are old but functional. Breakfast and laundry are there.

The staff was great. Location for werner employees was decent. The only con of the hotel is the "landlord special" look and cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. Room pros: "Updated". Clean linens. NO BUGS. Direct TV and free internet. Food delivery available and free breakfast. Less than half what you would single pay at another werner hotel! Rooms Cons: Body hair in sink and on walls. Something gelatinous left in the sink. My biggest complaint is the filthy carpets that seem like they have not been cleaned in years. I walked across them 1 time in socks and the socks were stained!

FYI there is no elevator, glad I had a room in the first floor due to a lot of luggage and personal items. Room was very clean, awesome service, bed change everyday and clean fresh towels, trash taken out. Lobby was okay I guess, there is coffee available 24/7 but creamer and sugar, cups and coffee always empty. Receptionist felt bothered went asked for creamers. She was rude, didn’t really help with some questions I had.

Beds have plastic bags that make it extra hot and noisy whenever you move, was in a previous room that didn't had it, even paid for the room myself and they are unwilling to change it.
