Red Roof Inn North Dallas - Park Central

The pool was closed, and we encountered a roach and spiders inside the hotel. Furthermore, the beds were uncomfortable, and external noise was easily audible. We do not recommend this location due to its poor value for the money. Notably, there was no manager present.

Positive: The Hotel is comfortable. I had serious issues with the Bathroom. The sink had very poor water pressure. The shower is dangerous for having a disability. The water gets everywhere. The water problems. The floor fills up with water. I fell slipped Negative: From the drowning of the floors from shower. The water also cones up underneath the desk in the other room. I had a lot of water to clean up. I put up a 50 deposit as well. Not fare considering they rent this room 301 to a disabled person.

I was traveling to Dallas roadtripping with the family when we stopped for rest. This room was inexpensive for one and night and really nice. The only problem I had was the half cleaned room. There was actual blood splattered on the ceiling l, a few dripped spots by the door, and the curtain looked half washed. I felt like I walked into a crime scene…. Overall experience was okay

I visited the red roof inn for one night and for what it is, and the area it is in, it's a great place. The room was quite clean and the bed was comfortable, I heard an loud ass gun shot in the middle of the night right outside of my door and then a few minutes later the parking lot was infested with like 4 cop cars so that was exciting. I also enjoyed the stench of weed that never seems to leave the parking lot. If you do end up staying here I would not recommend going outside in the night in this particular area. In the morning the staff let me sit in the lobby with all of my belongings pretty much all day long while I waited on a ride which I appreciated very much being it's quite frigid outside. 5 stars.

After arriving to check in, I was informed that the room I had paid for was over booked so they put the 5 of us in a 1 double bed room. Needless to say after being denied a refund. I checked out you my childrens well being.

Ronish the employee at the front desk was extremely polite. Very good at conversating. Seem to know everything to say that we needed to know and all around was a great experience. With my experience I can definitely tell he's going to be a great employee for the company.

Rooms are decent. Front desk staff have no personality and are not customer centric. Vending machines $1 bills only as credit card is offline.

It was a very clean room and friendly staff there were some people hanging out by their room doors but they were friendly and non threatening, price was great through Agoda app it's free and you earn money for future hotel rooms, they have kitchenettes so be sure to reserve a room with one they are the same price.
