DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel El Paso Downtown

My 3 days that I spent with my 2 sons and wife, here were great. The pricing for amenities is a bit confusing but they do refund you for what you don't use. We were told that there was a complimentary breakfast but we were charged for it. I don't understand why it was called complimentary at that point. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee provided was too. The view from the 11th floor was amazing, we got to see downtown El Paso as well as views of Mexico. Overall the stay was great and would revisit the next time I pass by again.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and the terrific service. The server was really friendly. She smiled the entire time while recommending the delicious meal. By the way, chicken parm is one of my favorite dishes. It was cooked to perfection. The music was a nice touch.

Juan Pablo was the best waiter I ever had he was very cavalier and attentive. He made my mother’s birthday so wonderful and it brought tears to her eyes!! Would recommend 100/10 service was impecable. A great wine and dine family experience.

Went to this restaurant before the Pretty Woman Musical to celebrate my mom's birthday. Excellent food, super fast service from beginning to end. Good portions and delicious overall. Our server Miranda was exceptional and friendly. Would recommend restaurant and come back again.

Great service from Miranda she was so helpful and professional! Kept our table attended the whole night and made our experience very nice. Will definitely be back again. The food was also delicious I had the salmon and meatball appetizers.

Restaurant de Casanova is a decent Italian restaurant. Danny is very good and friendly. The price is good. The amount of food is good. It’s definitely an Italian restaurant. The spicy lobster exceeded my expectations and the muscles were fresh and flavorful.

Daddy was truly an excellent waiter at the restaurant. Anything and everything he could do for us he did with such care and grace. I thank him for everything that he’s done tonight and I greatly appreciate him. His attention to detail was impeccable! Thanks Danny for everything that you’ve done for me and my friend ciao.

As a local of El Paso, I can confidently say that this is the best Italian food in town! The server, Juan, has a fantastic attitude, offered several great recommendations, and was very accommodating. It was a wonderful way to start our night! Thank you, Juan! We will definitely be back.
