La Quinta Inn by Wyndham El Paso East Lomaland

I had an amazing stay at this La Quinta! For the price, it truly offers incredible value for money. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities you’d expect in a much more expensive hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was a great bonus, and the location is super convenient. If you're looking for comfort and quality without breaking the bank, this is hands down the best La Quinta out there. Highly recommend!

Rooms great, check in was easy and fast. Quick access to highway. I'd just suggest booking directly with them as opposed to 3rd party sites like booking.com too much of a Hassel making changes like the dates. Besides that no early check-in which sucks when driving into town and having to wait 3+ hours or pay more. The staff was great, but only 1 pack of coffee in the room, no additional packs at the front office that sucked because I had to leave at 4am before the free breakfast at 7am and get coffee at the store up the street. I've been at worse tho. No biggie. I'd stay there again. Just would take my time driving and bring my own coffee.

The room was comfortable and clean. It's about what you would expect from a $50.00 per night place. Good place to stay when you're just pulling in to sleep on your journey. They could have kept the breakfast station stocked better. Had to ask for several times. But like I said it was an inexpensive place to stay so, you get what you pay for.

Comfy bed n pillows. Clean room. No bugs. Quiet very good breakfast convenient location we have been staying at this location for over 12 years and have about 20 stays here we like the upgrade of wood floors and no more carpet. Nice touch we had a nice experience here as always

Room was great but the outside had lots of trash and a smell like cats urine with 9 cats. Breakfast area was terrible, no juice, no coffee caps, trash every where, the wall was dirty and the management doesn't seem to care when I raise the concern. They blame not having enough people.

The front desk staff were amazing! And helpful. We loved the room it was very clean unlike other places. My kids had a great time playing in the pool and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip into town.

Very Dirty. Rooms locks don't work. The toilet and sink didn't work. Was told I could pick up a plundger to fix it. The breakfast was crap. The pool is disgusting. Very dirty bird poop everywhere. The pool area smells like urine. All The chairs are broken. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Upon checking into Room 165, we were told there is a $50 credit card hold. When asked why, we were told for incidentals. We asked what incidentals and were told in case towels were stolen, if anything was broken, etc. There are 3 of us ... Upon going to our room, we found only 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, no phone (it was torn from the wall), no chair at the desk, the bathroom door falling off the door jamb, paint peeling in the bathroom, the glass plate in the microwave is missing, and the outdated heater sounded like a truck starting all night. I immediately took pictures, went back to the front desk, showed the pictures, and told them I better NOT be charged for this mess, and LACK of incidentals in the room! In the morning there was hot water for tea, but they don't have teabags. When trying to check out, there was no front desk clerk for over 15 minutes! Her excuse was she was helping housekeeping find hair conditioner! When asked about the $50 I was told it takes 3-5 business days to be refunded!
