Hilton Garden Inn El Paso Airport

Very disappointed! The bathroom was not clean. The mirror and shower had some nasty substance all over it. There was hair and items in the shower from the last person to stayed in the room. The Kleenex box had old tissue jammed into it with hair. The shower shampoo was empty. If I hadn’t arrived so late (11pm) I would have left. And just to finish it off, I had to wait for coffee in the lobby since it was empty. This experience is enough to keep me from coming back. Where has quality gone Hilton?

Super hotel in a great location. The people were all super friendly. Marianne at the front desk was especially nice and helpful! The location is right near the airport. It's not in a good walking area, but it's right off the interstate and easy driving to lots of restaurants. Gas is also right on the corner on the way to the airport. (Perfect if you have a rental car.) They also run a shuttle to the airport. It has a bar and grill, but we didn't try it. It was full of people watching the ballgame when we were there though. The breakfast looked decent and was reasonably priced.

This place is great! Good amount of parking. Lobby looks exceptionally well kept. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. There’s also a pool and a bar. Lots of tables and spaces sit and chat and also a lot of work spaces as well. The rooms are very clean cozy.

I really like this place, great for a stopover in El Paso. 2 miles from the fountains at Playa. We go a room on the third floor with the view of the border. The bar is really nice with a friendly bartender and they serve pretty good food selection of starters and main meals off the bar menu. We didn’t go for the breakfast since we had no Restaurant, but it looked OK. The beds were comfortable pillows really soft, the bathroom was small, but the walk-in shower was nice. Temperature control was via a window unit with the thermostat on the wall. It was a bit noisy and the fan didn’t turn off when not regulating temperature so we just turned it off middle of the night once it reached a good temperature. Nice chair, chairs in the room and economic office chair with the desk . Standard K cup coffee machines. Several carts on the ground floor

After driving several hours and checking in, we went to the bar to eat, drink and take in The Padres and Dodgers. Our bartender was Valerie. She was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We ordered appetizers and drinks and the service was excellent. Even after I sent back 2 beers because they tasted skunky(Bud Lights😐) Valerie was so sweet and served me another brand. We engaged her in conversation, as we were her only customers, and she was a willing participant, all the while keeping a professional demeanor. We will definitely stay there again, due to Valerie’s excellent customer service❤️❤️💕💕💕👍 All staff we encountered were very nice as well. Tell Valerie hi from us if you see her!!!

I am a team member in food and bev with Hilton in NM. The front desk was 110% perfect all 2 nights.. The room was spotless, The bartender was lackluster and never offered us a food or drink menu. Prices for drinks are great!

I stayed at this hotel during my participation in the Naps conference. I don't know how neglected they are here and why. When you ask for the room to be cleaned, it doesn't happen within 3 to 4 hours. Also, I wonder how I stayed for two nights and the towels weren't even changed. In addition to the check-in being delayed for three hours on the first day.

Lovely stay…Very clean…Kind staff…Store for necessities…Full bar…Easy check in…We simply went straight to our room with our digital key…It is Everything you expect from the Hilton brand…Easy access from interstate…Good restaurants nearby.
