TownePlace Suites El Paso North

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had the pleasure of staying at the TownePlace Suites El Paso North, and I must say, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, modern amenities, and ideal location. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued. They are friendly, attentive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. Special recognition must be given to Alex, the manager, who exemplifies exceptional leadership and hospitality. His dedication to providing outstanding customer service is evident in every aspect of the hotel's operation. Our room was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette was a nice bonus. The hotel's location is also worth mentioning, as it's conveniently situated near several restaurants, shops, and attractions. In summary, our stay at the TownePlace Suites El Paso North was nothing short of amazing. We were thoroughly impressed by the hotel's cleanliness, amenities, and exceptional staff. We will definitely be back to this outstanding hotel and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the El Paso area!

For the price we paid I would spect a least breakfast included but you have to pay for it! In top of that the breakfast is not that good and very expensive a very small portion my whole family was complaining and I had to take them to eat somewhere else after we left. The room was okay.

The hotel is ok but they arbitrarily changed my reservation and made me check out the hotel 3 days earlier. I had to make reservations on another hotel. They did not give me explanation and I never could talk to the manager. That is not acceptable. I am a Titanium in Marriot and I had never been treated like that. I would hesitate if I need to be back again. I don't recommend this hotel

The rooms there are pretty nice - plasma TVs, sinks and dishes, walk-in showers, and space for you to cook. If you're only going to be there for a few days, you WILL find a clean room. If you're there for an extended stay, don't expect the same energy. You will find your sheets and towels replaced, but they'll hardly ever vacuum the carpet or clean the floors. The free continental breakfast is hit or miss, but you get what you pay for. If you're a Marriott Bonvoy member, don't expect anything extra. The hotel is a pretty good spot: within that city block, you have at least 6 different restaurants, a Walmart, and an AMC theater. The Camp Cohen Waterpark is on the next block, and you have two museums within driving distance. If you're looking for clubs, that's all at least 15 minutes from you, on the other side of the mountains. The mall and shopping centers are about 20 minutes south of you if you're driving. In short, it's alright for a business stay/if you're single. If you have a family with you, I respectfully suggest that you reconsider and get some of the pricier hotels near the airport. Also, it has no pool.

Nice clean modern comfy rooms. Great staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Great location easy accessibility to Major roadways. About the only drawback would have to be there breakfast, do yourself a favor walk across the parking lot and go to Taco Tote to have a good breakfast! Unless you're good with hard boiled eggs for breakfast toaster waffles oatmeal with no microwave so you have to just use lukewarm water, and what is I guess a breakfast burrito with mystery filling!

Love this place! Liz at the front desk was really nice and accommodating. The room is really spacious! Traveling with two large dogs it's nice to come to a place where dogs are treated like part of the family. Very close to fast food restaurants, shopping, and banks. Really close to the highway Can't wait to stay here again.

We’ve stayed at this particular hotel about 6 times over the last 3 years. Always great service. Beds are comfy. Our rooms smell clean when we walk in. Extending our stay was easy (using the Bonvoy site as suggested By the front desk since we use our Marriott points by preference), given that there were rooms available. Breakfast from 7-10am. Pets are allowed. And the kitchen is a plus! It has everything needed. Nice and open parking lot, you can park a camper/trailer. Right off the highway. Plenty of restaurants to eat out at and a Walmart store.

Great location and amazing staff! There's retail stores, restaurants, gas stations and convenience stores nearby plus, even though is close to a highway, you can barely hear any traffic noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, the rooms are clean and some of them have a nice view to Franklin Mountains State Park. The staff has always been warm and welcoming with us, that's one of the many reasons my husband and I have stayed here every time we are in El Paso. We highly recommend!
