Best Western Sunland Park Inn

As always, the room and accommodations were clean and inviting. A BIG shout out to Elizabeth at the front desk. She acknowledged us immediately even though she was helping another guest. We received our complimentary bottled water when we checked in and when I joked about "where are the freshly baked cookies", she said maybe later. I thought she was joking, but when we returned from dinner she presented us with freshly baked peanut butter cookies!! What a surprise. Going the extra mile put a big smile on our faces. Best Western is very fortunate to have Elizabeth on their team. Thank you BW, and especially Elizabeth. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

Everything was perfect! It was close enough to stores and restaurants, but quiet enough at night to get a good nights slumber. We had a truck and trailer slap full of stuff we were hauling and we felt safe enough in this location to where we weren’t stressed out about leaving it over night. Staff was friendly. Will definitely be back.

Very nice place! Rooms very clean. Breakfast was good. They had free freshmade cookies at the front desk every day. The personnel were very kind and helpful. I will certainly go there whenever El Paso.

The rooms are always nice and cozy. Even though, we like to get a room facing a busy street, we can't hear the traffic or any other noise. Beds are very comfortable. We choose this hotel because we know they provide a mini-fridge, microwave oven and coffee maker.

Whenever we come to Texas we always stay here. We love the new rooms, very nice. Super convenient location, and right next to Twin Peaks which we love. The front desk guy when we checked in was awesome! He asked my last name and when I told him he responded immediately "Mary"? I was surprised...I felt like he was waiting for us, which is silly but it was nice. Very quick checking us in, thanked is for being Gold Members and gave us our bottled water. That is the first time EVER that I didn't have to ask for the water. Check out this morning was just as pleasant, breakfast was good. Thank you.

I stay at this hotel for one night only. The room was extremely noisy with the traffic right in front of the hotel. It was hard to sleep at night and early in the morning it was even. Front desk is unfriendly. Stain on my sheets. Bed not comfortable. Very disappointing for a Best Western. They hope that just the brand name would be enough! Avoid at all cost.

I enjoyed the breakfast with fresh scrambled eggs but they didn't have country gravy, which would have been nice. The room was big enough for a short stay but if I was staying longer I would want a suite, not an option I found when making my reservation. The room was very clean and the parking is only available on the street side while my room was on the back side but you can park there long enough to unload and load your vehicle. The bathroom was large and the hanging clothes was located next to the shower, not enclosed. They did have a small hanging area in the room, again not enclosed. The ambient lighting on the headboard and the TV holder were great and provided enough light for nights. I would like a much dimmer light in the bathroom for nights but it was okay. Food and shopping are not very far away. I would recommend this as a short stay stop.
