Red Roof Inn El Paso West

We needed a place to rest after a long road trip, location is perfect but our experience wasn't great. Room floor was dirty, dusty, towel rack fell, trash under the bed, and front desk staff very rude. I understand it was a busy night due to all the travellers coming back home but instead of making an effort to provide a better experience, seems that they don't care. We stayed at this hotel years ago and it was way better.

Taking the price into consideration, it was not a bad stay. Room was large, clean enough, lots of lighting and comfortable. Only issue I had was that half the channels on the tv didn’t work but I mostly used it as background noise anyway. I would stay again if I got the room for the same price.

I’ve been staying here for 10 years when I go to El Paso for work. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean and a great size mostly. Some of the rooms are a bit small. This hotel has definitely become home away from home.

The room is next to the freeway and is very noisy. The only thing noisier were our neighbors who we could hear through the paper thin door. We paid for a room with a kitchenette. It had a full sized range but no dishes, utensils, cups, pots or pans. Nothing. It makes the kitchen useless and a waste of money. Never again!

I had to stay in this motel for a month until my new home was ready. Pros: My room was nice and clean . Noise level wasn’t bad at all only twice did I have a “ loud” neighbor of intimate activities and the walls are so thin so you hear everything. . thankfully it was only twice when I stayed there . Pool is clean vending machines work but only the ice maker downstairs works . Big cons : the outside is filthy there’s pigeon poop on the corners of the place you have to walk around it every time I had to take my dog out was pretty gross to see . Speaking of dog wow was there massive amounts of dog poop people don’t pick up after there pets. Someone left a condom in the parking lot an the gross thing it was in the front parking spaces upon entering the building .Staff is rude not all but most . The cleaning ladies are very sweet and helpful though at least . The smell of smoke and weed would seep through to my room because no one respects anything anymore. Definitely was uncomfortable during the last 2 weeks there was to much “escorting” I’ll call it going on . I only stayed there for the price because I had a pet . But next time I think I’ll stay at another establishment. So all in all if you need to stay here for a short period of time then you won’t really notice anything but you stay 2 weeks or more I’d say find somewhere else !

I had to give one star they do not even deserve that. I was placed in a room without a working shower. I called the front asked to speak to the manager. She has dodged my call. “Christina” says, “ she don’t not know when her supervisor will be in she is super busy.” So the supervisor is too busy to speak to customers regarding their refund and too busy to make sure all rooms are in working condition. There’s many hotel next door I shouldn’t have passed them up for this specific one. This is literally the worst hotel I ever experienced. Poor customer service. Poor communication and poor staff. After reading your reply I appreciate you for taking the time to make it right. As of today 8/19/24 I have not heard from management. I’ll be awaiting the call for my refund request. Thank you. Please repair room 136 I would hate for you to repeat the same complaints and face the same lack of support from management. 8/26 still have not heard from the “way too busy management.” 9/6 still not heard from management and definitely have not received a refund. I’m pretty sure this is why management will not reach out to me. 😂😂😂 10/25 still have not heard from management and of course no refund.

We live locally. We came to this Inn because we had some leaky pipes and decided to let everything dry out and stayed here because it also was pet friendly. There aren’t any bells and whistles to this Inn but it is clean and very quiet & extremely reasonable. I also had a procedure done that required a room that was disabled accessible. The bathroom was really large and had a nice large shower in it. My only complaint is that the rubber gasket around the refrigerator was weak and so we used a slipper to.prop it shut. After that, it stayed extremely cold and nothing spoiled. The microwave worked very well as well .All the hallways are monitored with cameras. A super Walmart is across the street, as well as several restaurants, shopping centers etc. The desk help was very helpful and respectful.

We have been staying at Red Roof Inns for about 20 years. They are very consistent in their rooms. They also have always taken pets.
