Budget Lodge Motel

We stayed here as an emergency place because my ex and I got back together on a drunken night and I’m realizing he must have chosen this place as a punishment. 0 parking available, outdated furniture, the cheapest curtains I’ve ever seen, disgusting restroom. Cleaning ladies will give you attitude.. and since it’s small you’ll always have to run into them in the stairs, so inconvenient and the towels looked gross and used af. Not to mention the crackheads and prostitutes chilling outside their rooms at 2 am ☠️ Even though it’s cheap it’s Not worth it we later found Super 8 w brand new furniture, free breakfast and overall better quality for $58 (which is less than what they charge there) a night that takes cash as well. I think they try and overcharge because it’s central but driving a few minutes is way better than staying there. And yes I’m exposing myself and situation but idc just trying to warn others to not waste your money. they need serious remodeling and updates bc a lot of places are stepping it up people don’t care for central as much anymore like that to be overcharging for the area

It's a good place to stay weekly, which is just a little bit too high. Compared to Mesa Inn. Which daily rates are way better than others. I gave it a 5 star because it is convenient place to stay for cheap daily rates

DONT STAY AT THIS HOTEL THEY GIVE YOUR ROOM NUMBER OUT N TURN A BLIND EYE TO YOUR SAFETY N CONCERNS THEY ALSO REFUSE TO ANSWER THER FRONT DESK PHONE FOR ANY OF YIUR QUESTIONS U MIGGT HAVE,NO ONSITE SECURITY N THEY CLAIM.THER SECURITY CAMERAS.DO NOT WORK N THEY ALSO ALLOW LOCAL RIFT RAFT THAT ARE NOT STAYING AT THE HOTEL TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE ENTIRE PLACE ...TRUST ME SPEND AN XTRA$10 N STAY ANYWHERE ELSE.

This is a hit and miss type place. They have sizable clean rooms, with decent sized showers. If you're looking for somewhere cheap, and conveniently located(near downtown, restaurants, banks and other businesses), you can't beat the room prices. $39 for a single bed room, and $49 for a double; tax included. However, many homeless people occasionally stay at this motel. The last time I went. My bed was loaded with bed bugs. I asked for another room, but they didn't have one. I barely got any sleep that night. This motel also often attracts undesirables, drug dealers, users; and mentally challenged individuals. As well as couples, and sleazy women looking to enjoy themselves( sex and partying). Twice I've stayed there, and could hear the fire works in a room next to me. But I've also stayed, and gotten a bug free room, and enjoyed a quiet stay. The motel offers a good Mexican restaurant, and the staff are friendly. You take your chances here.

I live there and work there, by staff is the best and my tenants are like family. No expensive, clean, friendly, we make you feel like your at home. We are $35.00 a night single rate, double $45.00 includes taxes with a $20.00 deposit, returned when you check out. There is a $4.00 credit card fee

If I could afford to stay anywhere else we would . Several rooms I have stayed in have no toilet seat. You have to ask for soap. Half ass maid service usually leave the rooms filthy if you actually look. Bed bugs!! My better half got eaten up by the damn bed bugs. Half the lights have no bulb. Typical crack motel. I literally cut my foot on a broken crack pipe stepping out of bed. The guy< who works here literally let himself in the room while my GF was alone in the shower and proceeded to make himself comfortable. Known prostituton . Don't even get me started on the Owner and their rude behavior. Had some loud remodeling all morning disturbing our peace. Not really sure if it is worth the $39 a night to stay off the streets.

Well one thing is that this motel is pretty darn cheap, so that's good. Just don't expect the rooms to be high quality because they aren't. What saved the motel from me giving them a 2 stars was the customer service. They were really nice & calm.

The only thing good about this place is that it's close by hospital. Room had trash on dressers food on the desk and no toilet paper or remote for the tv
