Candlewood Suites Building 11193

We had a wonderful stay at the IHG Candlewood Suites on Fort Bliss! The king suite was incredibly spacious, giving our family plenty of room to relax after a long day of travel. The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the fresh breakfast options each morning—it was a great way to start the day. Most importantly, the hotel felt very safe and secure, which gave us peace of mind while traveling with our family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience!

Nice big rooms with nice work space, big work table and two chairs. The bathroom was renovated but still dated and needs to be cleaned better. The beds were comfortable. We loved the amenities, 24hr gym, laundry mats and pool.

When we first arrived, check in was very easy & fast that helped considering we were exhausted. We were greeted with a warm friendly smile. The front desk agent Stephanie was especially accommodating, prefessional, and extremely delightful. Stephanie made sure after checking in that we had enough towels and offered to be available for anything else we might need. Thank you Stephanie! We stayed one night the room was clean & spacious. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for a few weeks during September 2024 and I greatly enjoyed my stay. The room was nice with everything you could need. It has a little closet to hang clothes and comes with a clothes basket so you can easily pack your dirty clothes to the free washer and dryers. My favorite part about the room was the huge workspace. I had plenty of room to work without clutter. The staff were all so nice, helpful, and polite the entire time. The kitchen was awesome, especially for extended stays. If you’re staying on Ft. Bliss, the Candlewood is definitely the better of the 2 hotels on post! Will stay here again! 10/10!

Friendly staff, very attentive. Clean. I love the fact that the room is complete with a stove, fridge, dishes, and utensils. It's exactly what we need since we leave tomorrow for our next duty station!

The hotel is located close to one of Fort Bliss’ gates which makes it convenient to get on and off post. The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. My only complaint is that we did not get any service our entire 4 day stay. We had to call for towels and to have someone get the trash from our room.

Loved our stay! The revolving choices at the amazing breakfast buffet were fresh, delicious, and pleasing to the eye! The staff was courteous, accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend this local as well: we saved a ton of money on our SUV rental by being able to refill gas right next door as opposed to paying to return an empty tank at the airport.

The hotel is very easy to find once entering the installation. We arrived at 1500hrs but were still allowed to check in. The room was very clean and very spacious. Everything we wanted was in the room (microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of flatware). The bathroom was spacious as well, with plenty of Dove soap and shampoo. We had no issues, and the price was very reasonable, and we will definitely stay again when driving through the area.
