HICV GSR Signature Building

We’ve had a awesome stay! The villas on the beach are so nice! We loved the huge condo/apartment like layout. They have great amenities, we love the mini golf course and playground but mainly the walking to the beach and seeing the beach from our room is the best! Our villa was clean and ready for us, we’ve had no issues except for the elevator closest to our room isn’t working. That’s unfortunate. The swimming pool looks really nice, I hope to come back when it’s warmer. There are plenty of places to eat without having to go back to the sea wall. We also made use of the huge kitchen.

i simply love coming here!! it is so relaxing and it is definitely a break from the hectic life in houston. the whole family loves being here. and the staff! there is this gentleman named Aaron in the pool/bar area, so friendly! it just makes the experience more memorable.

My friend and I were there for a "girls' vacation" and it was perfect. Nothing like a room overlooking the infinity pool, overlooking the ocean! I cannot say enough about the accommodations and the friendly people who work here. From the security people to the counter person in the cafe, they were all so happy and pleasant to talk to. BTW, the key lime pie really hit the spot after a warm day on the beach! Thank you for an excellent week!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston but close enough to go grab a bite to eat. The rooms are awesome and really well maintained. Tons of space and the covered parking under the building is so convenient for loading / unloading as well as just steps to the beach. I certainly would stay here again, I would not book across the highway at the old Silverleaf resort, that place just looks like a joke. The Signature building is everything we had hoped it was plus more. It's not a full service resort so adjust your expectations accordingly, this is purely a timeshare style villa with some onsite accommodations and a lovely pool and direct beach access. The size and quality of the rooms more than make up for it too. We had no hassle at all from the time share people since we booked third party / private pay and were not part of any sort of promotional trip, just booked it like a hotel, checked in across the highway and enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was great, room clean, staff friendly, and views were great. Our only issue was the pool music playing loudly pass midnight and experiencing difficulty reaching resort service to rectify the matter.

Very disappointed in our stay at the signature building for Holiday Inn club members. The only 2 things going for this two bedroom signature suite are the amount of large space provided and access to the beach. So many things were broken in this room, and items were not fixed.

Beach side is the way to stay. Seaside not so much. Staind and faded pads on the chairs and bleach spots all over the back snd sides of the couch. Window shade in the kitchen has lots of stains on it. Screens on windows were very dusty. Months worth of dust. Outdoor table had chew spit on the base and alot of cigarette burns on it. Hot tub has been broke for three days now.

The best experience! Great place. Must go. It is clean, near to the beach. Confortable. Unique@ love the infinity pool and access to the beach.
