Avoid This Place at All Costs Staying here was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The WiFi is a joke—300Kbps in 2025 is basically useless. The room was disgusting: mold on the walls, roaches crawling around, and what looked like dried blood splattered on the walls. The sheets weren't clean either, which is beyond unacceptable. The staff? Rude, judgemental, and condescending. They act like they're running a five-star resort while the place looks and smells like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. And to top it off, they have the audacity to charge more than $50 a night for this? If you book online and pay with a virtual card, they’ll still demand a $50 deposit—as if your actual payment doesn’t count. And forget trying to get basic necessities. You can’t go to the office for towels, toilet paper, or anything else because they just don’t have it. You have to wait until the next morning for the "maids" (who are literally just the owners’ wives) to maybe give you a roll of tissue—reluctantly, like you're asking for gold. Oh, and the hotel next door, the "Howard"? It’s run by the same people, so don’t think you’ll have a better experience there. Overall, this place is dirty, hostile, and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free.

I had a 3 night stay booked here in January (17-20). When I arrived just an hour past check in time, I was told I had to use the night window. At 4pm on a Friday. Check in was the only easy part about my stay. First, the room was musty, the floors were dirty, and the lights did not work (eventually turned on). I had two queen beds and one of them had stains on the sheets with burn marks. Second, the bathroom floor was sticky, had broken tile, and it dipped down in front of the toilet. Third, there was no remote for the TV, the wifi was trash, and the lights by the bed did not work. I ended up booking another hotel 30 min away for my last 2 nights and just left. When I returned on the day of check out, it was before 11am and I still had to use the night window. I will be warning everyone to stay away from this hotel.

For the night was $60 and two different room keys were defective and I couldn't get in which caused myself and my daughter to urinate on ourselves while waiting to get in from the front desk staff. Definitely not a good first impression. I'm both embarrassed and pissed. Literally. 🤣😂

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE – RACIST, UNSAFE, AND UNPROFESSIONAL This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy and infested with roaches, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this property. It was disgusting and unacceptable for any guest to stay in such conditions. When I brought up the issue to the staff, the situation became even worse. They were not only disrespectful but also blatantly racist in their treatment toward me. Rather than addressing my concerns professionally, they escalated the situation unnecessarily, and I felt unfairly targeted and unsafe throughout my stay. The general manager, who also manages another Wyndham property, handled the situation in an incredibly unprofessional manner. Because of the issue at this property, he refused to allow me to book a room at the other property he manages, leaving me with no options. This was clearly personal and not based on any valid reason, showing a complete lack of accountability and professionalism. I will not tolerate being treated this way and will be pursuing my legal rights to address the racism, unprofessionalism, and negligence I experienced. This property is not only unsanitary but also unsafe for guests, with management that clearly has no regard for fairness or basic decency. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Absolutely disgusting. I found bugs crawling everywhere, sheets looked dirty, carpet pulled up and smelly, shower rusty. I didn’t stay my full night and paid $60. Not even from Houston I was visiting. Told the man at the front desks he smiled because he knew how dirty their rooms were refused a refund. pls do NOT stay here!

This hotel is in desperate need of repairs and clean new furniture. The carpet was absolutely disgusting. The furniture that was there to br sat on was gross. There really is no reason for this place to be so under kept. I wasn't expecting a Palace but this was just bad.

It’s a cheap motel by the airport. But even cheap motels I expect to be clean. The sheets were clearly unwashed and the shower curtain was covered in mold. The clerk made sure to stress NO REFUNDS which should be a dead giveaway. I was expecting a trash hotel but they could at least clean it between guests and spring for an exterminator
