Great Value Inn Houston/Galleria

The definition of a scam please!!!! Save your money. We booked 4 rooms for 8 people None of them had working amenities None of them were clean All of them had mysterious stains None of them locked (?????) When we complained they said, and I quote, “we only promise a room none of the other stuff is included” like?? A lock??? For a door??

This was absolutely horrible... I'll definitely be contacting the health department. No light in the room, no TV. No telephone or night stand, air conditioner blew hot air and they charged me for the night even though I only stayed for an hour ( and that was after I walked up 4 flights of steps with my luggage because the elevator was broken)before I realized that I wouldn't be staying because of the condition of the hotel. I didn't even have a fire alarm in my room. If I could give this place no stars I would.

They're very RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL. NEVER EVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN. OR THE ROMANA MOTEL THEIR OTHER LOCATION. They called me out of my name and accused me and my husband of being drug addicts just because the way we looked because we were tired and hot (86°) from walking 0.9 miles. I would NOT advise ANYONE coming here at all. The place is also out of code. The Houston Police has been wanting to shut this place down for a long time now.

There's only one word for this hotel it needs to be demolished. I'm definitely going to find out where to report it this hotel is filthy it's nasty it's got mold mildew.. and I'm not sure where they got the people from the front desk they must have come out of the cracker Jack box. A bunch of clowns... But I'm definitely going to have this placechecked on . and they need to go out and inspect this hotel it's old it's drug infested they're hanging out the front door as you walk in trying to shove something at you.... I would rather stay at Norman Bates hotel.. in stead. Of creepy scary smelly elaborated building.... I stayed there a couple of years ago when the previous owners had it the Chinese people were very nice.... In the hotel was a much nicer than what it is now.. it had caught on fire at one time looks like it's about to fall.

The room smells, only one light, the TV 📺 is broken , only two outlets work, no cover plates on the outlets the little refrigerator has roches in it so you know that dont work as well as the night stand no smoke alarm no fire extinguisher, I found a lil dubbie in one of the drawers, it has 4 floors but no working elevator the ac works but I can't say when the filter has been changed and no trash cans in the room

The front desk guy during the day is a liar. I complained about the roaches and he said that was the only room available. Soon after I complained about getting my money back all of a sudden there were rooms available Thankfully David was able to get me a room at a sister inn nearby

abandoned hotel Everything smells bad (urine,smoke, weat) The room dirty AC doesn't work Its like a horror movie hotel The bed with blood spots People there are dangerous Swimming is toxic
