I have been coming here since almost 2 years almost 3 to 4 times a week with my gf renting a room for few hours, but this place has become more worse than any other time, it used to be so good way before but right now and the Indian lady owner is very very rude in terms of customer service. One day I found a condom right next to the bed and complained to the manager and she changed the room and then, the other room has bed bugs and again i complained and she changed me to another room and in that room the AC is not blowing not good and I was literally frustrated and asked for refund and she is saying NO REFUNDS!!!, What the hell! I literally proved her what is the problem and when I confronted her, she simply said talk to the owner they come in the morning. This is most terrible motel, they have bed bugs, the TV remote doesnt work and we need to complain them and after 10 minutes they gonna bring some randon remote control and the most important thing is the management is very unprofessional. Just choose some another motel, there are plenty of motels nearby in that area but not this one

I've been coming here for years. In fact, since they first opened. I've seen a lot of changes, and unfortunately none have been for the better. It really is a shame, because for me the location works well and the prices (used to be) manageable. This is one of those basic "L-shaped" motels that also rents by the hour. This is not a bad thing, and no it's not at all seedy here. Ive used the hourly option many times when I just need to shower and change or to take a nap. Rooms are pretty well cleaned and maintained. The hourly rooms on the 1st floor are much better than the overnight rooms on the 2nd floor. The motel makes its bigger money off the hourly rooms, so they cater to those clients more. There are no amenities, pools, laundry facilities, or other on-site services, with the exception of some reasonably priced cookies, chips, and an assortment of drinks. The basics are all I needed, clean and maintained, at a decent price. It's always worked for me, so I continued to stay here, even as more and more of these oddities and cumbersome policies were incorporated. This last time, however, I realized it's just getting beyond ridiculous. Here's the list of issues that I have with the motel: * There's a limit of 2 persons to a room. * Guests are not allowed, with exception. * If it's just 1 person in the room, you can have a guest, but now they require you to register your guest and provide their driver's license or state ID. * If you have a guest listed, even if you booked the room under your name with your credit card, you aren't allowed to kick them out or bar them from re-entering (even if they are causing a scene / disturbance or being loud and disrespectful. I was informed by the manager the only option is to call the police. I find this policy especially disturbing. * The hourly rates were standard: $25 for the first 2 hours and an additional $5 per hour after that. Prepaid. Then they added a $2 fee if you used a credit card. Then you were charged a $2 fee no matter what. Then they increased the pricing so it's $10 per hour instead of $5. So what was (and is at other similar motels) $30 for 3 hours is now $37 and what was $40 for 5 hours is now $57. The nightly rate used to be $60 per night, but now it's $77. * They added a $25 credit card minimum, which sucks if you want a drink or a snack and dont have cash. * This hotel (and the others under the same ownership) really watch everything you do and where you go. It's not that I really care that they're always watching, per say... as much as it's just kinda creepy. All in all, the motel serves a purpose, but to be honest, there's a lot of motels in the area that do as well. Some are even much, much nicer or provide a better environment. At these prices, plus all the ridiculous new policies, and the motel being in worse shape than when they first opened, and the whole policing thing... It's a tough sell. I really hate having to have anything negative at all to say in reference to this motel, but I believe in an honest, fully disclosed review that provides both positive and negative insight and opinions.

Fantastic rooms but the location and the neighborhood patrons make it. Hard to let the guard down

Extremely trashy. Rooms are disgusting . The room they gave us was not cleaned at all , bed was not made, dirty towels everywhere. I don't even WANT to know what was on the back of the bathroom door. And when it came time for checkout the guy at the front desk came barging into the room without even knocking and yelled "CHECK OUT "!!!!! And left the door open .

Hotel Diamond is conveniently located off of Harwin. The LADY in the front office is QUICK.AND NICE. And the GUY CLEANING THE ROOM was efficient and polite. Thank you

🛑DONT COME HERE🛑 TV DONT BE WORKING AC BREAKS THEN TRYS TO BLAME IT ON YOU AND THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE YOU A REFUND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DRITY DIDNT CLEAN THE TUB OR MOP THE FLOOR HAIR OF OTHERS ON THE FLOOR BUGS IN THE ROOM NEGATIVE STAR IF I COULD GIVE IT I WOULD 🛑DONT COME HERE 🛑‼️

Very Much Dirty everything problem and TIRREBLE STAFF in Diamond hotel in this location, specifcially the receptionist staff,i ask to the reception staff it was morning time why they are not clean my room last night she said I cannot do anything that,!you change the room,!so I'm upset,I ask the HOUSEKEPPING can you clean my room ATLEAST Remove the garbage and change the towels he said I'm very busy today i cannot clean maybe tomorrow and he never say sorry for that,I'm very upset more so I'm took the towels and Im the one clean my room and I change the hotel Because I should stay for 1week so I'm only 2days there

Its at Mahatma Gandhi District. As usual Motels of USA it is also Neat and Clean Hotel rooms. they are not offering you Breakfast so plan accordingly. There is wholesale market nr.by so you can enjoy shopping around it. Many Indian stores are available near by.
