Quality Suites Houston Hobby Airport

Several very nice things about this hotel: 1. It’s quite simple on the outside and is in a busy area, conveniently located very near the airport— but nice and clean inside. Neat. 2. The bed is well made and very comfortable. 3. Good, easy to use coffee maker with perfectly good coffee packets. 4. Breakfast was good! The bagels were not stale and good quality yogurt and fruit. Oranges today. 5. Finally, good desk if you need to work. Clear, not cluttered, good light, and there isn’t a mirror hanging in front of it. In fact, there is a very good nice full length mirror on the wall. 6. Must say that the shower was good also. Good water pressure and again, very clean. 🙂

Perfectly placed for a late night arrival. No issues when coming in, service was snappy and smiling. The room was clean and smelled nice. One tip if you come here, bring cash for food/drink if you want to buy at the front desk as they do not take card for that. Also there is a $100 deposit at this location. Can't beat it for the price! Great job Quality Inn!

very close to Houston Hobby airport, The hotel is pretty new, room is very clean, the service is OK, would recommend friends to stay here. The hotel's facilities appear quite new, and my room was clean and comfortable. Service was adequate. The provided breakfast, however, was a bit disappointing. The only offerings were beverages (tea, coffee, juice, and milk) and 2 waffle maker to make waffle yourself. Guests looking for more variety, such as toast, donuts, or other baked goods, will be out of luck

This is extremely close to the airport, very affordable and the rooms were renovated and felt clean.... There is no shuttle service.. we needed to get to the airport at 345am, which would have been nice. No easy way to walk. We had to call a Lyft.. inconvenience, but extremely close proximity to the airport. Would recommend the need to get up early and have a flight out!

Just to let everyone know, I typically can write a review on my phone because it is positive, but I had to get on my laptop to write this review. We visited this location January 23rd and stayed a couple of nights after a cruise in room 203. The location is convenient for car rental and the Hobby airport, and the hotel is updated somewhat. This is as positive as it gets. Before I start, I read a negative review and saw that the manager responded that if the customer would have reached out to them, they would have fixed the issue based on my experience that is FAKE NEWS! ||When we arrive, we wipe everything down as we normally do with any hotel room. Everything seemed to be looking clean and good until we pulled the covers back on the sheets. I saw one piece of hair and thought it was not too bad then we saw additional hairs in the bed. My husband called the front desk, and they said they would get housekeeping to change the sheets. Well, they called us back and told us the sheets were at the desk. We did not mind changing the sheets because again there were no other issues at this point. ||As the night went on, we went to bed early and late in the night I went to the bathroom and saw a tiny roach that I killed. I didn't think anything of it because we are in Texas so one roach doesn't hurt anything. The next day after we came back from a day out, we were warming up our food and a larger roach crawled up the wall and I killed it. At that point we were angry, and my husband went down to talk to a lady that was at the desk. He said the lady told him "we don't have roaches" with an attitude and he said I am sorry, but you do have roaches, and she said she would let the manager know and he would look into it. So we didn't hear anything back and had another day out with family and when we got back, we started killing roach after roach all coming from the bathroom. By this time, it was 2am and we were set to leave in a few hours to catch a flight. My husband went and talked to them again and the girl offered another room. We really thought the manager would come in and at least spray the place or offer a room earlier. We told them we wanted a refund on the room and my husband said the lady stared at him. No resolution. |By the way he found a hole between the wall and the bathtub where the roaches were coming from. We killed a total of 6 and the first two which was a small one and big one I didn't take a picture of those because I didn't think it would turn into an issue.||BUYER BEWARE!!! If you decide to stay here just know you run the risk and also MANAGEMENT DOES NOT RESPOND!!

I am so happy to have stayed here. The room was very clean, and also looks good. The setup of the rooms was the biggest wow factor for me because they are spacious. Furniture and restroom were in great condition as well. I stay in hotels a lot for work so all this is very important for me. Space and cleanliness are make or break! At first I regretted coming here, upon arrival, but that was for personal reasons. I drove an extra 40 minutes on a 6 hour trip because I booked too far south. The stay made up for it. I will definitely book here again even if I have to drive this far south. Hoping my 4 hr drive from Fort Worth doesn’t turn into 6 hours again.

Reasonable hotel within steps of HOBBY airport. I think we could have walked from the alamo rental return. No restaurants within walking distance but a short drive we found several choices to eat. Good clean rooms with lots of space. Only complaint was breakfast. Very very limited choices. No hot foods and very limited cold items. Location is the selling point for this property. No shuttle service to airport
