Super 8 by Wyndham Houston/Brookhollow NW

Would give big fat ZERO if it were an option. This has been a horrible experience. The front desk is not helpful. They would not give us condiments for our coffee. No new coffee cups for the next day. Towels do not smell fresh or clean. Stains that are either mildew or mascara on the pillow cases. Sink is heavy with mold and mildew and the tub has some too. No blow dryer, no iron. Free breakfast was a breakfast protein bar, coffee, orange juice, apple juice. The breakfast room was full of boxes and looks to be used as a storage room. Front desk would not give us enough "clean" towels. Even when we asked. Also very noisy. There was an actual adjoining room. And we could here every noise they made. And they were being very loud about everything. Informed Front desk we would check out early, we were told to talk to them in the morning. Now we are afraid of being charged for canceling the rest of our stay since she wouldn't take our notice herself.

I arrived early on flight and ubered to super 8, I was 3 hours early. The front desk was wonderful, she said if I wanted to go eat something, she could have my room ready within the hour. Upon my return they gave me my room, I tried to tip them $10 but they wouldn't take it. For an affordable hotel, the room was very clean and nice. My stay was a pleasant surprise...

Booked through Priceline Express deals where they choose for you. It was $60 for one night for 2.5 stars so I figured that would be fine as we’re just passing through for the night and they offered free continental hot breakfast. As soon as we walked in the room, we found a cockroach. And the place just was dingy. They had 3 pillows on a king size bed and when I went to ask for a fourth, the attendees was super rude about not giving more pillows. I woke up to another cockroach crawling across my face in the middle of the night. And when we came down for our “hot continental breakfast”, there was coffee and granola bars. This place sucks, please go literally anywhere else.

Aarti has been great and friendly every night that I come to check in! They have taken such good care of me that I brought them flowers! Kevin has also been very friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend staying here and doing business with them!

I really want to thank the night attendant Ms. Aarti Desai is the sweetest person I've met when booking a room. She made it possible for a great experience. Yes I will be coming back 💯💯.

I was charged a deposit and was told from others that stayed there that I paid them too much and maybe they were discriminating. I got a nonsmoking room and entering it smelt like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. There was hole in the wall and the lamps were bent and stained. The couch had stains but I just slept and left after a long day. At check out she charged me $10 for a face towel that had makeup on it. She said she can’t wash it only throw it away. I know they need maintenance on all of the things listed so of course she went for it. I am homeless and trying to get ahead and save whatever I can. This is the day after me getting my money taken from another motel when they swiped my card and said they didn’t get the money. Now I’m leaving a review for both because one was for $100 and this one is for $10. It’s shady.

Stayed for 2 nights, rooms were spacious and the amenities were good especially for that price, but they did not clearly convey the check-out and the breakfast timings and when I asked the front office, I get a one word negative response from the students who work part time there who has no idea about hospitality industry and how to talk to guests! They are not even aware of what is around nearby when I asked for help. I had to call vio.com customer care only to get a response from the hotel that its the "standard" timings about breakfast (implying everyone should know!). Even though it was a slightly unpleasant experience, I dont mind staying again there due to the price and the housekeeping. And the breakfast is not actually a proper breakfast - its just a protein bar and a coffee and juice they can offer for that price, so dont expect too much!

I want to write this review for one person in particular Ms.Artia, because she went out her way to help us when I had a hard time extending my stay. She is a wonderful host and person in general. Very nice lady. Shout out the paint lady's they are wonderful and very hard working. Had a great experience at this hotel book with them!
