Quality Inn DFW Airport North

Arriving at DFW in the evening and continuing the next morning, I needed a place to stay close to the airport. I picked this hotel mostly because there is a 24/7 Denny's opposite the hotel and a 7Eleven a few steps away, so the location seemed convenient. It's about a ten-minute drive from DFW.||Check-in was friendly, quick and efficient. I was soon on my way to my room on the second floor. The room was basic but it felt reasonably clean and came with what I needed: a comfy queen bed, a bathroom (low bathtub with wall-mounted shower only, water pressure ok), a desk, air conditioning. There was a fridge but no water bottles were provided. Wifi was free, fast, unlimited, reliable, and easy to use.||A basic breakfast was available at no extra charge in the lobby in the mornings.||Checking in, I was also asked if I needed the free shuttle to the airport the next morning. The shuttle runs on a set schedule. It was easy to book and left on time.||It is also possible to take the shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but that requires calling them and letting them know exactly where you are and then waiting for the shuttle to come and get you. Sounds laborious.||I paid 71 EUR for my one-night stay, all taxes included, which I felt was fair. I would not hesitate to book again if the need arises.

I stayed one night and my experience was very good. When I booked I had some concern because of some bad reviews but my stay was the opposite. I contacted the front desk several times and they were always very helpful. The room was clean and tidy, I used the hotel shuttle to the airport and they dropped me off right at my terminal without any problems. I would definitely stay again.

It was ok, the location wasn't bad but the roads are rough. The hotel is definitely a "quality inn" hotel meaning it's budget. Which is what i expected for what I paid. Next time I'm upgrading to something better and worth my time. The breakfast was terrible because they only served eggs for hot food and no others like sausage or bacon etc. There was cereal. Ate one time went out the rest of the stay. Probably won't come back. Seen a baby roach in the bathroom, should have checked for bedbugs but didn't cross my mind.

My family and I have stayed here twice now when we come into town. There are slightly cheaper and newer Choice Hotels in the area, but the cleanliness and the staff is why we came back. It’s an older hotel, but there have been updates. I like that there isn’t carpet in the rooms. I’m gluten intolerant, so I normally bring my own breakfast, so can’t comment on theirs. I don’t leave reviews often, but I so appreciate the staff and how hard they work to keep this place looking and feeling like a place we would keep coming back to.

They have a 3:30 am shuttle to the airport. Sure the paint was chipped and the room definitely felt like it had seen better days. However when you need a coffee, a comfy bed and a trip to the airport early they got you covered and from the sheer number of flight crew who stay here they know the value of those things. I forgot to mention that they had a pack and play for my two year old which was awesome 🤩

Unfortunately I can’t say a lot of positive things only that it’s really close to the airport and a few restaurants if you have a car, nothing walking distance. The staff is not hospitable , helping or welcoming, they all seem like they’re having the worst day of their life. The don’t even say hello and they stare at you like they don’t want you there.The room has a humid and cat pee smell that’s the best way to describe it. The bed and pillow had stains and the room in general wasn’t that clean. I had to buy Lysol and spray it all over.

The quality inn is an economical option near the airport for convenient stay. The hotel is old and needs work. There are some specifics that we found unpleasant: the whole second floor hall smells like a messy kitchen. Beds were soft, not comfortable. Breakfast is really cheap.|Hotel pick up from airport is offered, but we had problems communicating and could not be picked up.|Hotel is what it is for a cheap price. But I would encourage looking for a better option, for just 10-15% more.

We stayed here to catch an early flight. I should have checked the map before I booked here. Little did I know that this was DIRECTLY under a major N-S runway approach. 15 landings at 9PM, 8 at 11, 6 at midnight 4 at 4AM. They come in about 400 feet above the motel. The room was on the far side of shabby, One pane of the sound resistant glass was missing, curtain was ripped, paint was peeling from the ceiling. The bed was ok. They did provide airport transportation which was clean and on time. No semblance of a basic motel breakfast.
