TownePlace Suites Dallas DFW Airport North/Irving

Due to late flights and missing our connection to Seattle we booked a room here at the last minute. It was slightly after midnight, so the stay was very short (2 to 3 hours). The front desk clerk was very personable (wish I could remember his name). Our 5 am shuttle driver, Cookie, was the best shuttle driver I've ever had. He was actually charming. He was playing soft classical music on the radio to start our day off positively. Al in all, our short stay was excellent.

The room was great. The pillows were soft snd the bed was comfortable! The room and bathroom were both spacious. The staff was super - Kenya at the front desk was super friendly and kind of- our luggage was lost and she gave us a toothbrush and toothpaste!! We couldn’t have been more thankful! Cookie was so pleasant driving the shuttle to the airport so early in the morning! Our shuttle left at 5am and he was friendly and helpful and had wonderful music playing for the ride!!

Great room; nice and cool the shower was amazing, and coffee in the morning was a huge perk! We had excellent shuttle service with Benson! Smooth ride and great conversation. Will stay here again if we are ever back in town! Thanks for the conscience and ease!

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff kept the entire building nice and clean for my entire stay. ||Benson the shuttle driver was also very helpful with my luggage and super friendly to everyone. He also made sure I didn’t forget my book on the shuttle. ||Overall great stay and great staff.

Big shout-out to Mr. Cookie, the best shuttle driver that I have ever met since I arrived at US 16 years ago. He is very friendly, attentive, professional, engaging and most importantly passionate about his job and cares for customers in every detail. I am very impressed by his work. I rode with him twice and really enjoyed the trip with him. I don't have negative opinions on the hotel as a whole. The breakfast is a little too simple but okay.

On our way to Cabo my partner and I got caught in a snow storm in Dallas, Texas. Our flight was grounded at DFW airport. After hopelessly trying to find a hotel we got lucky and got this Gem of a Hotel. We have stayed here previously some time ago and the second time around was just as wonderful. Its a casual all suite with kitchen hotel. Rooms were clean. Gym is small but functional. The entire staff is friendly and helpful with all accommodations. Coffee bar is stocked to the hilt and available 24 hours. Breakfast was always hot, neat and delicious. I needed gluten free options and asked the breakfast staff Stacey, if any were available she quickly gave me some muffins Udi's which are my favorite and some bread by a brand that I was unaware existed. Also good! Will definitely stay here again but, hopefully under better circumstances Entire staff deserves 5 stars!!!

It's really close to the DFW airport and the DART train. The rooms are spacious and nice. Service is decent. But not every other day. I wish I had the cleaning sponge for the kitchen. The main issue was the Wi-Fi dropping sometimes every couple hours, and it's a real pain to have to sign in every time. Washers and dryers coin only, breakfast small, stuff broken in rooms like fridge and air vent. However, they have the biggest Geode I have ever seen in my life, so 5 stars. But I wouldn't stay longer than a couple of days.

Overnight business trip. Good experience with dfw shuttle. Early morning departure and Cookie was an excellent driver, great customer engagement, every business would do better with an employee like Cookie. When I come back I’ll definitely book again because of him.
