Garden Suites Hotel

The towels seemed to have not been washed well and smelled bad, the bathtub was full of hair from previous guests; the bed also smelled strange and it seemed that they had not been cleaned (there is no hygiene in this place). I rented 2 rooms and left early. because I didn't like it.

The staff is excellent! We were greeted warmly as we entered. This is very important to us. The rooms are big and very clean. The breakfast was adequate for the price of the room. To make the breakfast perfect, add sausage or eggs. The selection of beverages was outstanding!

I needed a room on a budget for Wifi while I moved into a new residence in La Porte. The new place ended up not getting electric service for a week after I moved out of my previous place. I was pretty stressed out, had a problem with Internet, something very important to me, but the manager was on the spot. With his help, my problem was resolved and he was quite helpful with a great attitude.

Room was BIG and smelled great! It was a lot cleaner than my last hotel! Bed was a lot more comfortable too, I slept like a baby and woke 1/2 hour before my alarm. There was a ceiling fan in my room huge plus. Staff was awesome, room was affordable, and other guests were nice! Good price and great experience! Thanks DEE and everyone else there!!!!!!!!!!

The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were very clean. It was quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was available every morning and the coffee was exceptional! I would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay again.

: “From the very start, Customer service was handled very professionally & Respectfully. Didn’t really need the patience to wait on room services or getting checked in. The rooms have allot of space, very clean lobby and atmosphere, as well as the rooms, beds couches, bathrooms, showers. Just very satisfied how clean and detailed everything was. Prices are worth it, the coffee machine, breakfast available, this hotel has definitely got my recommendation to anyone looking for a great experience stay in and I’m not even from the area, I just came for my long term work assignment and the nearby beach to enjoy. “

This is the place to stay. Clean rooms, quiet hallways, super friendly staff, and a great price. We stay here regularly for sports tournaments in Houston. They are constantly making upgrades and enhancing the guest stay experience. They are always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate us. Short drive to downtown Houston, Galveston, and Kemah. Easy on and off the interstate but with no highway noise affecting the hotel. A++++

This hotel has come a long way compared to the way it use to be. Remodeled and nice clean rooms. Staff very friendly. very quiet. Would gladly stay here again
