★★★★★The hotel has had a recent renovation. It was clean and staff friendly. One staff member helped us with a particular need we had for a larger room. Well stocked snack area and inside bar. Breakfast was first rate!! We had a very enjoyable experience and we highly recommend this hotel.

NillGood spot for a short stay. The room was clean, but the elevator had an odd smell. However, the breakfast made up for it great selection, and all you can eat for just $12. Overall, it's a decent stay for the price!

NillRoom smelled like mildew, our bathroom counter, faucet and toilet were all dirty and had smudges from recent use. If that wasn’t gross enough there was pubic hair all along the bottom of the shower. We used our own cleaning supplies to take care of what the Hilton staff should be doing. The bed was by far the most uncomfortable for any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Locked out of our room multiple times after the keys failed, hotel front desk staff was rude. Just stay anywhere else.

NillI checked in late this evening and I no sooner walked up to the desk and the associate, Jennifer states you’re gonna have to wait because we’re doing a shift change. Then as he/she Looks up the reservation attempts to tell me that he cannot give me a room because the reservation is not in my name. Mind you the reservation was in my name under my credit card however, the rewards account is under my husband’s name. He/she then attempted to say I don’t even have to check you in technically! Then slammed a business card for the manager on the counter and said I know you’re gonna ask for this anyway and my name is Jennifer and I’m the auditor! All I did was try to explain that the rewards was in my husband’s name in which we have the same last name and the credit card used to make the reservation was in my name. I’m not certain why this person had such a power trip to try to control the situation so unprofessionally. I will tell you that I will be finding a different hotel to use in the area for my future trips that are planned monthly. The level of service was completely unexpected as I have never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn with such rude service. The associate I was traveling with, in which I had a second room reserved, was with me, and he was appalled by his/her behavior. I certainly hope the management will take this review seriously and address this individual as he/she was very harsh and there was absolutely no need for the level of disrespect that he gave us!

NillDon’t stay in the hotel. Gym had a moldy smell which was horrible. I got sick from that. My sink in my room was clogged. I requested them to fix it every day. They didn’t and didn’t gave us a different room either. Our TV remote was broken and I had requested to change it every day but no one cared. I never stayed any horrible place like this all my life. Department of health should check the place for mold.

★★★★★Check in was smooth, Room was clean, mini fridge wasn’t working - we got there late with an exhausted little one and didn’t want to switch rooms. We just put her bottles on ice in the ice bucket. ||Shout out to Ramero in the dinning area. He was very genuine and hospitable - made sure we were well taken care of.

NillGreat hotel with friendly staff and clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast was a highlight— a good buffet-style spread with plenty of options. Overall, a solid stay with good service. Would definitely recommend!

NillPRICELINE USERS BEWARE....DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I was told I could not move from our first floor room even before we received a key. Holy crap....the room smelled like smoke and urinal cake. I could also hear every time the elevator was used (2 chimes for arriving) and every word anyone said in the hallway. BTW...the elevator doors slam for some reason. After about an hour, I just walked out.
