Staybridge Suites Odessa - Interstate Hwy 20 by IHG

I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Odessa, Texas, and I have to say, it was by far the best hotel experience I've ever had! From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. A special shout-out to Marissa at the front desk—she was incredibly sweet, professional, and went out of her way to make me feel welcome! She was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The entire team at Staybridge Suites was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making my experience as great as possible. The hotel itself was clean, well-kept, and had all the amenities I could ask for. I truly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, and I’ll definitely be returning whenever I'm in Odessa. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and a huge shoutout to Marissa at the front desk for making our stay even better. She was incredibly helpful in attending to our needs, especially when it came to scheduling housekeeping services in the mornings. When our flight was delayed, she kindly offered us a late checkout, which was greatly appreciated. Marissa also knows the area well and gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants, making our trip even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a great hotel with amazing staff. We've been staying at this Staybridge for years, and it never disappoints! The hotel is quaint, conveniently located near the highway, and always provides a comfortable stay. Spacious room, Fairly clean, great location. Elevators were broke the whole time we were there. Took the stairs every time our room was on the third floor so it wasn’t as fun carrying our luggage to and from. When complained to the front desk, we were told we would get a free night stay and got billed for the whole time we were there. Have called several times left messages without anyone returning my call. Will be checking this up to corporate.

Perfect place to stop for the night on our roadtrip. Clean rooms, cozy beds and super friendly staff made this the perfect pit stop. The breakfast was incredible. Hot and cold choices to start our day. We will definitely stay again and tell others
