When in room floor was not mopped or swept. Dirty mirrors tub was dirty had to go buy own cleaning products to clean tub behind toilet was dirty. Going up stairs was never vacuumed walking area. I’ve done housekeeping and what I’ve seen need better workers No maintenance called for an issue said it would be resolved never was. But when you have owners that don’t pay shit I understand how workers feel. But if you work for damn near nothing and need a job you clean how you want

Got a hot tub Jacuzzi room for the evening to celebrate Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned after we checked in found only one towel in the room upon asking front desk to bring more. They said they would have some sent up we never received a single towel Found out that the Jacuzzi jets did not work at all upon checkout. They said they would be fixed was not offered any apology or any sort of credit the Jacuzzi room was the only reason we stayed here and it was a big letdown.

I’m grateful to get a room to stay in last minute running late getting into town but check out can’t come fast enough because I didn’t feel safe being a woman traveling alone and being stuck in a outdoor room when booking it I thought the rooms were in doors. Hard to find parking near my room, surprisingly the tub and toilet were clean but the rooms and blankets are far from the photos seen online. Wasn’t comfortable sitting in chairs and though sheets were white I was afraid to sleep under cover. Then with temperatures cold the heat isn’t working so I paid 80 bucks to freeze. I could have just slept in my cat I’m annoyed but after driving five hours I need sleep

This place is great for the price along with a convenient location. The only reason for the 4 vs. 5 star is because I felt a little unsafe if I didn’t use the front entrance. Also, some of the front desk staff weren’t very friendly . However, Babu was amazing to us every time we saw him. Definitely request an inside room. The Escape Lounge bar there was cool, but their manager seemed to not want us there. Will book again in the future when I come back to town to visit.

I stayed here for one night, and I will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN!! The entire experience was disgusting. door room was dirty, and the walls weren’t any better. I couldn’t get a good night’s sleep because the rooms are so noisy, and people outside were yelling all night!! Which make me wake up 4 times The pillows were uncomfortable, the hairdryer didn’t work, and even the toilet paper was cheap and flimsy. To top it off, the couch was filthy and smelled horrible. I honestly don’t know how this place passes inspections because it’s clear the rooms are not cleaned properly.

This hotel smells a bit funky due to the combination of the chlorine from the indoor pool, the Indian restaurant and the bar/club that is inside it. The room was not very clean. While there were no issues with pests, it just felt very unclean due to dirt and dust in the corners and dust bunnies on the floor. There was hair in the shower. The lights are so bright and unnatural that you can’t have them on or else it hurts your eyes. The sheets are very itchy. The TV didn’t work with a remote. We had to use the buttons on the tv to control power and volume then could use the other tv to control the channels. It felt dirty though due to what seemed like years of dust built up on the cable box. Also, the wifi isn’t reliable so don’t expect to use it to stream on your devices. Housekeeping never came to our room to straighten up or bring new towels and we stayed for four nights. Also, this seems like a party place and there were often people in the lobby outside of our room (our window faced indoors, not outdoors). The people would listen to loud music and play loud games, have loud conversation until the wee morning hours. No one asked them to hold it down at all which made sleeping nearly impossible. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Nice bar on this property. The Indian food isn't something everyone will like for this area. Try your best to tell front desk you want a inside room instead of outside. Great area for anything you want to do whether it's shopping dining or bar hopping. Rooms definitely need to be updated

Sitting on the bed of this room amd cannot wait to leave. It REEKS of raw sewage, bleach ,urine.. the floors are so sticky and everything is sticky. I mean literally every surface of this room is sticky. I'm 8 months pregnant and was hoping for a good night's rest but the smell of raw sewage kept me up all night its so bad. Even my husband can't stand the smell. The room is dirty, TV doesn't work, microwave had dries food in it, the fridge had a container of spoiled milk in it. Its right next to the hwy and its incredibly loud.. all night. Luckily we won't ever have to come back to this place amd I am grateful for a bed to lay down in after a 12 hour drive but dang.... this is raunchy.
