Nill01/06/2025 After reading the reviews, I was worried that I’d have a bad experience at this hotel, but I did NOT! Upon arrival, I received a warm welcome by Samantha. Check-in was fast and simple. I’ve never experienced this even at the hotels where I’m a regular. Because of the reviews, I thoroughly inspected my room and didn’t find any evidence of insects nor bad smells. I even removed the linen to inspect the mattress. My room and the hotel smelled clean. My room was very clean and although it was freezing outside, I couldn’t tell because the room was warm without turning on the heater. Instead, I slept with the AC on. The mattress was extremely comfortable, the pillows were just right, and I got the best sleep I’ve had in months. The curtains are definitely blackout, major plus! The property was very peaceful. The room is equipped with everything you need for a short term or long term stay. The room has two desk, one that rolls so you’re free to position yourself wherever you’d like to work, research, or play games etc. There’s nothing like a shower with hot water, most have lukewarm warm if that!👏🏾 The only thing I’d change is the position of the tv. I suggest mounting it on the wall or moving the tv and dresser to the center of the wall. I didn’t eat breakfast but it smelled and looked good. Everything went right with my stay, and I’ll definitely make another reservation here again. Before leaving, I also gave a positive review to the manager, Lacey. She was very friendly and professional, excellent customer service! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 Thank you!

NillUpon arrival, I was nervous because I read the reviews. I was nervous to stay. For the rooms, they are older. I stay at Marriotts only and am a titanium member. The caliber of room, customer service, and brand standards were lacking in my opinion. One night I got to the hotel and there was no room. Being a single woman traveling for work, I asked if I could park in the handicap spot for the night as there was no spots. A worker, who was in a tshirt with a restaurant name on it told me I couldn’t because his manager would be upset. My concerns were: 1. He didn’t have a mariott shirt on and so u was unsure if he even worked there 2. I was asked to park at the Popeyes which is two buildings down. I don’t think it is a good idea to stay here nor is it worth the price. The location is in an okay spot. Or as the manager told me, when I questioned why I would be parking in another establishment, “this isn’t a bad area.”. I will not be staying here again.

NillStay away! I’ve stayed at this location multiple times only due to vicinity of where I needed to be. Never again. First stay was okay. After that was pathetic. No hot water in the shower on one stay. Last straw stay was when I was told my Bonvoy membership wasn’t on file and thus I was “downgraded” to a handicap room and given something I didn’t book. Was told that’s all they have. I thought to myself what if someone who is disabled truly needs this room. Walked in and it was deplorable. 2 mattresses on a frame against the wall. No bed skirts or headboards. Room was musty. The carpet where it meets the tile was ripped up and a hazard. Requested another room. Was given one right next to the entrance. Said no thank you. Given a 3rd room. Toilet didn’t work so I called on it. Staff is annoyed and I told them it’s not my problem your place is falling apart. Maintenance guy said to be patient as they just acquired the place. How’s that my problem?! So he “fixes” the toilet with the GM looking over his shoulder. Still doesn’t work btw. They leave and then I go to turn on the AC and it doesn’t work and makes a loud noise. I called on it and was told I have 2 options. (It hadn’t been more than 5 mins since the GM and maintenance guy left my room and I called down to get them back.) I can check out now or file a maintenance report. I booked through a 3rd party otherwise I would’ve left the dump. They left a note the next day saying they “fixed” the AC. Still having the same issues. I check out today, thank God. Place is a dump. Stay away.

NillThis place is a dump. Save your money. The manager lasey is so rude. I went downstairs in the morning and I heard her yelling at the staff very loud. It was very inappropriate and she should be fired. The rooms where so nasty smelly i can’t even describe the smell. I will never stay at this place again and I recommend everyone go somewhere else. Management and the owners are cheap and rude. Like I said, save ur money.

NillHorrible experience. I arrived late after a long day and was told that despite my having a reservation, which had been booked for weeks, they had given my room to someone else and offered absolutely no alternatives or compensation. They tried to tell me that it was because other guests had higher Marriott status, but I know that was not true as a colleague of mine, with no Marriott status, was given his room, even though he had just booked it days before, well after I booked mine. I did not learn about the overbooking until I arrived at the hotel late at night with no ride or any place to stay - they could have called me or emailed me at least so I could have made other arrangements. I understand the hotels sometimes overbook. But in that event, the guest should be offered a place to stay at another Marriott property. This hotel basically told me to pound sand - they had nothing else lined up and no way for me to get to another place to stay. Luckily, there was another hotel with availability, so I had to walk about a mile with all my luggage to get a roof over my head for the night. The staff was unhelpful, dishonest, rude, and incompetent.

★we got here late after 12 hours of driving. we checked we had a dog when we made our reservation, but i guess they missed it. after lugging our luggage, dog, and an infant up to our room, we are immediately greeted with small ROACHES (meaning there’s MORE that are unseen). upon getting to our room, they called us back down to charge us $100 for the dog. understandable, but a bit steep for a ROACH INFESTED hotel. we paid but this place is DISGUSTING. the halls are HOT, HUMID, and STINK. their sinks don’t drain, carpets have a nasty crunch throughout, beds dip in the middle, WI-FI DOESN’T WORK. they offered to move us to a different room, but if we hadn’t had been so exhausted, i would have cancelled the whole reservation. i am not going to even bother with their breakfast. if they have small roaches in their rooms, i can only imagine what their kitchen looks like. ew.||it’s a decent stay for what it is: a pit stop, but for the price point, cleanliness, and pet fees, it is NOT WORTH IT. you’re better off staying at a motel.

★★★★★Positive: We had comfy sleep and I love the kitchenettes. Negative: I didn't like that the whole Reservation was a mix up.

NillMy room was great. I was far from the elevator but that was ok. Breakfast was a full spread and I don’t really have any complaints besides the shower didn’t drain super well. I’d stay here again.
