We had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff made us feel genuinely welcome—not just us, but everyone we saw them interact with. They greeted each guest with kindness and warmth, always wishing people a good day with such sincerity. It set the tone for our whole stay. Angelina is amazing and always had a beautiful smile on her face!! The rooms were incredibly spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a full cooking set that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were unbelievably comfortable—like melt-into-the-pillows kind of comfort. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and honestly, we could’ve stayed longer. This hotel has absolutely everything you could possibly need to live here forever—and some people actually do! We heard stories of guests staying here for a year or even three years, and it's easy to see why. There’s free laundry, a well-stocked pantry where you can buy food whenever you need (charge it to your room or donate cash), and a great workout room. It’s close to everything and just incredibly convenient. But what truly sets this place apart is the people. The staff here are amazing—they consistently go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and comfortable. You can feel the warmth and care in every interaction. We just absolutely love it here. Whether you're staying for a night or a year, this hotel wraps you in comfort and kindness. It’s more than a hotel—it’s a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.

The staff is always pleasant, professional, and accommodating. If you need something, they will get it for you, if you would prefer to be left alone during your stay they will follow suit. The entire place is kept clean, and well maintained. The stay is safe and secure. Furniture/room may seem dated, but it all still works, it’s kept in great condition, and the place is clean.

Free breakfast, great choice for the money. Perfect for family vacations. Kid friendly and location is okay. Perfect budget stay. Especially, since it’s super clean!! Very nice lobby.

Stayed here 5 nights after moving family up from CA. We did arrive in the evening, was welcomed with a sigh for being an IHG member, tho not "diamond elite." We did get a card for diamond elite to put on the windshield & park in the designated spots. Think the fridge was older - we turned the ice maker off to avoid noise, but still heard the fridge itself - motor maybe? - going on & off. Bathroom was pretty clean except for the usual bit of dirt on the caulking & dust. It was very nice to have the full kitchen and seating table & chairs, but sure could have used more coffee than than 1 little bag of regular. A luggage rack would have been super appreciated though. Nice and private, otherwise quiet. Candlewood Cupboard room was always locked up - know we can use the key card to get our extra coffee, but didn't seem inviting. It was GREAT that we could bring our little dog!

I stayed for 30 days at candlewood suites in Lacey. Of the duration of my stay I ended up in different rooms. My first room was on the fourth floor, my neighbors next to me were a bit loud and worried me. I had no idea house keeping was going to knock on my door, I didn't let them in because I didn't know they would be coming. I left the hotel and came back at 6:30pm, my hotel door was cracked open. I went back to the front desk and asked the guy to escort me to my room, he checked my room made sure no one was hiding in there. But he said "mistakes happen" when I said my door was cracked open and I was worried about my stuff being messed with. A few days later they moved me to a new room which was very cozy. I noticed one of the brand new toilet papers had a large faint yellow stain throughout every layer of the toilet paper- just a heads up. Every staff member I talked to was very kind, most of the other people staying there were very kind. I was very thankful for the snack room and the free coffee was a plus. Only is 50 cents for the laundry and the washing machine lasts 30 minutes, laundry was a breeze and it was fun hanging in the gym while my laundry was going. I truly am appreciative. Thank you candlewood suites for keeping me safe!

This hotel is outdated - the TV was old and small, the beds were so old that the springs were digging in to my side. I would not stay here again until its updated and refreshed with new comfortable beds. With that said the staff was helpful and the room size was great. The room was well equipped for a long stay its just by body can't take sleeping there.

The staff was beyond exceptional. The room was spotless. The bed and mostly, the pillows were perfect. I unfortunately had an incident involving my abusive husband, and when I was finally able to alert the front desk, the front desk guest services was able to handle the situation with professionalism, confidence, courtesy, and I was so relieved he was able to get him to leave my room until the police arrived. I ended up checking out a day before I was supposed to, just because I wasn't sure if bail would be made. When I was leaving, the late night guest services assisted me with my things and my dog and made sure I made it to my car safely. I have never felt so protected before, and I hate that I had that drama in such a great place. If I return to the area, I wouldn't book anywhere else!

The service provided was exceptional, exceeding the five-star rating. The room, equipped with all the amenities, was truly remarkable and far surpassed expectations. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites and eagerly anticipate my next stay.
