4.5 technically. Only lost half a star because the rooms need some real TLC. Nothing gross, just a broken bathroom fixture, broken hanger in the closet, and you can tell there was water damage that was poorly covered up down by the base of the tub. For the price, it's a great stay. Pool and spa open late. Great breakfast in the morning that runs a little later than other places as well, so I was able to sleep in. Beds are firm, but aren't they always? I would stay here again. The staff was amazing. Every one of them was welcoming and helpful. Definitely one of my better travel experiences in recent years.

I was on my way from Fairbanks AK to North Carolina and had some vehicle issues. The staff and GM were extremely helpful in working with me on the dates that I needed changed through Booking .com. I was welcomed and assisted throughout with all the staff. My room was very good and clean, I was impressed that the bed was fairly new and it was clean. The rate for pets was amazing since I had 2, the first was free and the 2nd was $25. I had the TV and fan on for the dogs while I went to a store that the staff gave perfect directions to and upon returning there wasn’t a complaint. The pool and hot tub were temping with adult hours but I got lots of rest instead. Being a solo travel person in a crisis I have to say this hotel did an amazing service to me. I’m glad to share that with you now. Like every place, there are pros and cons but I found that my experience was best by the pros and hope that others traveling will apply the pros to each stay here as well.|Thank you Lacey WA Laquinta and well done!!!

Nice quiet spot with a well lit parking lot. It felt secure and seemed to be in a nice area. Close to shopping and other restaurants. The breakfast was good and the coffee exceeded expectations. The fridge in the room was excellent and even quiet for a change, handy for keeping road snacks and drinks cold.

Front desk people were very kind and always greeted us when we came in! The location and breakfast were also great. I also liked that the pet fee is included in the price. Why I gave it 3 stars is because the hotel desperately needs updating for the price you’re paying. It’s on the level of a Motel 6 or Super 8. We booked here also for the washer/dryer access but there is only 1 set of those and they are always in use.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel when I have the chance to do so. The accommodations are always clean and well kept. The pool and hot tub are always open during pool hours. They even have an adult only time frame between 10pm and midnight, which is very nice if you're looking to spend a little quality time with someone special after the kids get put to bed. And the continental breakfast is well worth the few extra $$'s you'll pay for your booking here, but like I said, the extras make it well worth the small percentage more you'll pay for your room. I love this place and will be staying here again in the future.

The hotel room lacked intact curtains in intake sheets. The desk looks as though beavers had come in previous to me and decided that they were hungry. The employee seemed very nice and the breakfast was okay. Although it was closed on the dot and my daughter missed it completely by one minute when everything was put away.

Room was decently clean. My 3year old did find a bra in the seat cushion tho. Kids were excited about the indoor pool until we touched the water it was freezing! Free Wi-Fi, near grocery stores, free breakfast although it was the same thing every day, biscuits and gravy with a side of sausage . Super dissatisfied about that. The snacks they sell super are over priced. Nice people that worked there. Overall was an eh experience.

Hair and stains on the linens. When we arrived the thermostat was temperamental and in the morning just abruptly stopped working, several dogs barking throughout the building in the evening, and definitely one of the more undesirable La quintas that we've ever stayed at. The benefits though were it did allow our dogs to stay for a fee, they did let us check in about an hour early which was also nice and the front desk staff were always pleasant when we were coming and going and conveniently located right off the on a main road and the interstate.
