NillI recently stayed at Home2Suites for a hockey tournament, and I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. Service: The customer service was outstanding! The front desk staff was friendly and efficient during check-in/check-out, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping the room tidy. Amber from sales was particularly welcoming to our group. Location: The hotel is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and stores. It was easy to get around and explore the area. Both rinks were very close by. Overall Experience: I highly recommend Home2Suites for anyone visiting Tri-Cities. It’s a perfect choice for either a tournament trip or pleasure. I would definitely stay here again!

NillFantastic experience. This will be the only place I stay when I visit. I have a new fragrance allergy I am learning to navigate and I had an allergic reaction to the laundry detergent on the sheets. The hotel staff did not hesitate to rewash them in my detergent and remake the bed. They even checked on me later that day to see how I was. The beds were comfy, the room was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Highly, highly recommend!

★Positive: My room was very quiet, so I was able to get a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and the staff was very nice and helpful. My room had a kitchenette and I loved that I had real dishes to use if needed. Negative: ""

NillWe stayed here with our high school basketball team (8 rooms). The service was outstanding, rooms were spotless, and there were some nice personalized touches including a handwritten note to our team welcoming us and a sign welcoming us with our school logo at the front desk. Location is walking distance to many amenities, restaurants. Highly recommend.

NillThis stay w/ hubby (he travels the country for work) we chose the Home2 Suite by Hilton. I’ve got to say it was nice being in a room that seemed up-to-date with technology although There are a couple USB’s alongside the bed, thee only working USB chargers was in one central location in the living area w/ 6 chargeing ports. All usb but I brought box,s for my C chargers. We were given the handicapped room ( I have disabilities so this was a great gift. We never ask bc although real my disabilities are real they are not to the extent of others so it’s rare we ask for the room but so grateful when it’s given) The shower was a godsend. 2 showhears and security bars everywhere. No worries about falling and it even comes with a shower seat if needed. The staff are VERY kind and friendly. The Hallways? Creepy af. I hate the carpet. It reminds me of a serial killer vibes. Very creepy at night. The first night I had my doubts whether this day was gonna be a good one or not because we had no more than entered our room when we had the front desk call us saying that there was noise complaints🤣🤣 I laughed and told them they Haven’t heard anything yet give us some time to unpack🤣 Haven’t had an issue since, but even my husband shook his head and told me just ignore it. The only thing I have to complain about is by the third day when the wind started whipping and the window started howling, we had to shut both doors leading to the bedroom. The howling that comes through that window at all times of the day or night when the wind is whipping isn’t even worth the good shower🤣🤣

★★★The hot tub hasn't been working properly in 2 months, had an issue with the shower head which was fixed, but then I could only get Luke warm temperatures. |I understand only refreshing towels for extended stay, but when you stay for over 3 weeks, a cleaning is appreciated as I don't usually travel with a vacuum or cleaning supplies. |Breakfast is great

NillWe just stayed last week, we got the King bedroom suite. It was perfect for our three kids (5,4,1). The older two slept on the fold out, one year old in the play pen and us in the King. We loved the furnished kitchenette and we saved a bunch of money making dinner in our room on our trip. The staff were super nice, lent the kids goggles for the pool, kept the coffee/tea station well stocked. Breakfast had a ton of variety and they kept that stocked even when a horde of students came through. Pool was clean, hot tub hot and we will be staying again. Only complaint is our Windows on the first floor wouldn't open, but I can see why they wouldn't because of security. The other is there is no bathroom fan, so the room got musty after pool or shower use and so the window would have been nice. Oh and we loved the dishwasher!

NillOur favorite place to stay on our yearly Christmas trip as we drive to and from Utah. We always take our two cats with us, and I love that we have a nice, safe, clean place to take them with us. They also have a small fitness center (which I use), and a great little breakfast+including waffles! I really love this spot!
